热镀锌厂含锌固体废弃物制作锌肥的研究

Abstract: The zinc ash generated during the production of hot-dip galvanizing plants is solid waste containing a certain amount of zinc. The content of zinc is high, and improper handling will cause environmental impact. This article mainly through preliminary pre-test, from hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, oxalic acid, citric acid and other inorganic, organic acids to find one kind acid which is suitable for dissolving zinc solid waste, determine the zinc content in various treatments. Through experiments, it was finally determined that the use of hydrochloric acid-citric acid mixed acid solution reacted with zinc ash to produce organic liquid zinc fertilizer. The zinc ash mixed acid reaction solution was diluted with different multiples (10 times, 100 times, 500 times; after ICP determination corresponding to zinc concentration was 16.8, 1.8, 0.3 mg/L), 50 mL was added to the petri dish, and soaked separately corn, peanuts, soybean seeds. The higher the concentration was, the stronger the inhibitory effect on seed germination was. The concentration of 0.3 mg/L had no effect. The concentration of 1.8 mg/L had a greater inhibitory effect. The concentration of 16.8 mg/L had a strong inhibitory effect and the germination rate was almost zero. The seeds were incubated with distilled water, seedlings were transplanted into pots, zinc fertilizer solution was added in 20 mL, incubation was carried out at constant temperature for 20 days, and the zinc content and fresh weight in the roots, stems and leaves of the plants were measured. By comparing with the blank treated plant samples, organic zinc was found. The content of Zn in each part of the fertilizer-treated plants increased significantly. The higher the concentration, the greater the increase, which had a significant effect on the fresh weight of soybean peanuts, and had no significant effect on the fresh weight of the purple glutinous corn plants.
