摘 要

对外贸易反映一个国家或地区与其他国家或是地区经济往来程度,对外贸易频繁,经济发展形势良好,可见,对外贸易是国民经济发展的其中力量之一,外贸平稳、高效发展,能够促进经济的平稳进行。对外贸易经济发展和当地的地理环境以及自然条件,以及交通输运建设有着非常重要的联系,地理位置优越,交通运输发是经济发展的基本条件,我国西部地区经济发展缓慢,尤其是新疆地区三山夹两盆,再加上交通运输设施落后,这两个因素制约新疆经济发展。新疆接壤相邻8个国家,拥有17个国家一类口岸,拥有喀什、霍尔果斯两个国家级经济开发区,已开通乌鲁木齐至哈萨克斯坦、土耳其、格鲁吉亚等国家的货运列车。新疆经济想要接轨世界,发展交通建设是唯一能改变现有经济状况的途径。

本文通过对我国基础设施、交通运输设施现以及对外贸易现状分析,得出发展交通基础设施建设是促进我国国民经济快速发展的有效途径,并且以新疆交通基础设施为例展开本文,论文共计分为五个部分:第一部分提出了研究背景以及选题意义;第二部分讲述了对外贸易和交通基础设施的相关理论,并整理了对外贸易的国内外研究综述;第三部分分析我国交通基础设计建设的状况以及对外贸易的发展;第四部分提出了交通基础设施对对外贸易的影响;最后,根据上述分析提出了一些政策建议。

文章主要运用、文献综述法理论联系实际的方法,对基础设施建设对我国对外贸易发展、以及交通基础设施区域布局存在的差异,影响我国交通发展的制约因素详细分析,提出促进改善目前现状的合理化建议。

Abstract

Foreign trade reflects a country or a region or regional economic exchanges with other countries, foreign trade is frequent, economic development situation is good, can be seen, the development of national economy of the foreign trade is one of the forces, steady and efficient development of foreign trade, to promote the economy smoothly, so, the ministry of foreign trade for the promotion of economic development has a huge and promoting role. Foreign trade and economic development and the local geographical environment and natural conditions, and traffic transport construction has a very important link, the geographical position is superior, the transportation is the basic condition of economic development, China's western region economic development is slow, especially the three mountains and two basins in xinjiang region, transportation facilities, the two factors become two major bottleneck restricting the development of economy in xinjiang. Xinjiang borders on eight countries adjacent, 17 countries have a port, kashgar, huoerguos two state-level economic development zone, urumqi has been connected to kazakhstan, Turkey, Georgia, and other countries of freight trains. Xinjiang wants to integrate the world economy, development of traffic construction is the only way to change the existing economic conditions.

This article through to our country infrastructure, transportation facilities and foreign trade present situation analysis, development of traffic infrastructure construction is an effective way to promote the rapid development of national economy in our country, and to transport infrastructure in xinjiang as an example in this paper, paper covers a total of five parts: the first part puts forward the research background and the selected topic significance; The second part expounds the relevant theories of foreign trade, transport infrastructure, as well as the domestic and foreign research review of foreign trade; The third part analysis the status of the design of our country infrastructure construction and the development of foreign trade; The fourth part expounds the trade of transport infrastructure; Finally, some policy Suggestions are put forward according to the result of empirical analysis.

Article mainly use, the method of literature review method, theory with practice, the infrastructure construction of the development of foreign trade of our country, the differences of regional distribution and transportation infrastructure, detailed analysis of the factors restricting the development of China's transportation, promote to improve the current situation of rationalization proposal is put forward.

1 导论

1.1研究背景

我国加入WOT,对外贸易交易额更是突飞猛进的势态呈现增长趋势,目前我国进口贸易总额列居世界第二位,贸易总额仅次于世界第一,我国已经成为第一出口大国。我国对外贸易发展来势猛,发展快,如此惊人的发展速度对我国经济以及世界经济有着巨大的促进作用和影响力,由此可见,我国的贸易地位是无法替代和取缔的。

目前,我国交通运输已经形成了自己的综合运输体系。我国经济发展迅速,交通基础建设越来越健全,并且越来越受重视,交通基础建设成为我国发展对外贸易的最基本的设施保障。因为,交通基本设施健全,能够缩短物流配送时间,从一定程度上减少贸易成本,综合提高对外贸易经济。
