摘 要

国际化进程中生产，加工，交易，消费连成的完整化贸易，使得经济全球化的发展不断庞大，也使得各国之间在自然资源、生产劳动力、科学技术等方面和领域有了相关的合作与联系。

一滴水汇不成海洋，国际贸易唯有朝着合作、互利共赢的方向发展，携起手共同应对机遇与挑战，才能获得持久的发展。

江苏，作为中国进出口贸易的排头兵，研究对外贸易对江苏省经济增长影响显得尤为重要。

本文通过分析国内国外学者的研究，在相关概念和理论依据的介绍基础上，为研究对外贸易与江苏省经济增长之间的影响打下基础。通过论述江苏省对外贸易与经济增长的现状，近几年来，对外贸易取得的一些成就，对全国省市对外贸易比重进行分析和排名，对江苏省各地区的外贸进出口业务量进行比较分析，得出从高到低依次为苏南、苏中、苏北的地区。对外贸易依存度对江苏省整体对外贸易的现状进行分析。为了使得更加直观的看出江苏省对外贸易的发展将苏南、苏中、苏北这三大区域的贸易数据板块进行模型分析和实证研究。结果得出苏南地区进出口贸易能够显著促进经济增长，苏中次之，而苏北地区作用不够明显。对得出的结论进行分析，从从各区域发展不平衡的基本原因，例如历史、劳动力、经济、开放度等方面着手进行研究总结。通过查阅资料和书籍，将日本作为发展中成绩比较优异的例子来阐述江苏省应该在某些方面需要借鉴的经验和学习的方法。逐步分析各时期所经历的相似之处，从政府层面、产业结构、高科技技术等方面总结出江苏省对外贸易和经济发展带来的启示。最后，根据以上各个角度的分析，为江苏省对外贸易与经济增长更好的发展提出了相应的对策建议。

Study on The Relationship Between Foreign Trade And Economic Growth in Jiangsu Province

Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper lays a foundation for studying the impact between foreign trade and economic growth in Jiangsu Province based on the introduction of relevant concepts and theoretical basis. By discussing the current situation of Jiangsu"s foreign trade and economic growth, in recent years, some achievements in foreign trade, analysis and ranking of the proportion of foreign trade in provinces and cities, and comparative analysis of foreign trade import and export volume in various regions of Jiangsu Province, It is derived from the highest to the lowest in the areas of southern Jiangsu, central Jiangsu, and northern Jiangsu. Foreign trade dependence analyzes the current situation of Jiangsu"s overall foreign trade. In order to make it more intuitive to see the development of Jiangsu"s foreign trade, the trade data sections of the three major regions of Sunan, Suzhong and Northern Jiangsu will be modeled and empirically studied. As a result, it is concluded that the import and export trade in southern Jiangsu can significantly promote economic growth, followed by the Soviet Union and Central China, while the role of the northern Jiangsu region is not obvious enough. Analyze the conclusions drawn from the basic reasons for the imbalance of development in various regions, such as history, labor, economy, and openness. By consulting materials and books, Japan is used as an example of excellent development performance to illustrate the experience and learning methods that Jiangsu Province should learn from in some aspects. Gradually analyze the similarities experienced in each period, and summarize the enlightenment brought by Jiangsu"s foreign trade and economic development from the aspects of government level, industrial structure and high-tech technology. Finally, based on the above analysis, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the better development of Jiangsu"s foreign trade and economic growth.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

经济的全球化让世界各国都得以迅猛发展。然而这其中离不开的便是全球贸易这个强大的平台。中国作为世界最大的发展中国家，必须结合我国基本国情和经济发展方向，在实行“走出去，请进来”的战略决策下积极参与国际间的贸易、合作，探索出一条具有中国新特色社会主义经济的发展道路。

自1978年中国实行改革开放以来，在对外贸易进出口物品种类、品质、质量、服务等方面都有了一定的发展与提高。对外贸易是中国经济增长稳健、快速发展的制胜法宝，又是中国能够顺利融入世界经济的重要桥梁。在拉动中国经济增长的驱动马车中，对外贸易名副其实。1985年中国GDP为9098.90亿元，2017年中国GDP为827000亿元，增长约90倍。从1985年到2017年，对外贸易总额从 206．4亿美元增加到了410521.8亿美元，增加了1988倍。由数据得出，中国现在已经成为了世界贸易大国。2010年，中国成为世界第二大经济体，经济总量超过日本，仅次于美国。2013年，中国成为全球第一大贸易国，年贸易总值超过美国。

1.2 研究内容

对外开放是我国的一项基本国策。通过对外开放来大力发展经济，已经成为世界主流趋势。在这种大趋势，大数据的时代，国与国之间的竞争日益增加。研究分析对外贸易对经济增长的影响对于中国经济发展的规划有着重要意义。江苏省作为我国外贸进出口的支柱大省，研究其经济增长与对外贸易之间的关系可以让全国经济的发展得到启示。据数据统计，从1985年到2017年，江苏省的GDP总额从651．82亿元增长至85900.94亿元，增长了大约131倍。与此同时，随着对外开放进程不断加深和对外贸易的迅速发展，江苏省进出口贸易总额的比重在全国进出口总额的比重中位居前三，在江苏省区域生产总值的中，江苏省进出口贸易总额占比极高。江苏省的对外贸易总额由一开始的1985年的19．87亿美元增长到2017年的5911.39亿美元，增加了297倍，年平均增长率为24％。江苏省进出口总额占全国进出口总额的13．2％，仅次于广东省；1985年江苏省进出口贸易总额仅占江苏省区域生产总值的8．95％，到2017年上升到46.59％。通过以上数据可以表明，江苏省经济增长过程中，对外贸易起着举足轻重的作用，也启示我们，进一步研究分析江苏省对贸易与经济增长关系很有必要。为可持续发展的江苏新经济注入新的能量与活力。

1.3 研究意义

理论意义。从整体上看，我们发现江苏省对外贸易与经济增长有着相互作用，但是关于这方面的具体研究还不够到位和全面。步入二十一世纪，经济朝着全球化，一体化方向发展。江苏省作为中国进出口贸易的大省，迎来了走向世界的机遇，同时也是挑战，要从机遇中不断抓住好的资源，扩大发展，要从挑战中寻找不足之处。促进新发展，理论的支持不可或缺。同时本文对江苏省贸易发展情况与经济发展进行分析研究，为日后的数据对比和指导工作提供参考，也为江苏省经济、贸易新发展提供健康稳步的理论依据。
