外商直接投资对长三角地区经济增长的影响分析

摘 要

外商直接投资(FDI)伴随着世界经济一体化席卷而来，这对于输出国而言无疑是有利于转移富余资金和边际产业从而获得更多收益的有效投资方式，但它的引进对于东道国经济发展所产生的影响则至今都是学术界争论研究的热点之一，尚未定论。国内外大量学者前赴后继对此进行了理论和实证的研究，并且据此提出自己的政策建议。外商直接投资对于我国也是重要的投资方式，研究其影响对于我国经济发展有着切实的意义。

长三角地区地处东部沿海，作为改革开放经济发展的大前方，是外商来华投资的优先选择地，更是东部地区重要的经济增长极。其发展与自身的软硬条件密不可分，外商直接投资也作为重要的一部分影响了长三角地区的发展进程和方式。本文从长三角地区的实际情况出发，采用该地区16市2005年至2014年的统计数据，通过建立面板模型对FDI于经济增长的影响进行实证分析，根据计量结果判断其影响，得出结论是外商直接投资作为社会总投资的一部分，促进了长三角地区的经济发展，并且给出相关的政策性建议。

Abstract

Foreign direct investment (FDI) accompanied by sweeping the world economic integration and to, which for exporting countries is undoubtedly conducive to transfer the surplus funds and marginal industries to gain more revenue to the effective investment, but its introduction for the economic development of the host country has so far are one of the hot topics in the academic circles study, not yet conclusive. A large number of domestic and foreign scholars have conducted theoretical and empirical research, and puts forward policy suggestions accordingly. The foreign direct investment is also an important investment way for our country, the study of its impact on China's economic development has a practical significance.

The Yangtze River Delta region is located in the east coast, as the reform and opening up of economic development, is the first choice of foreign investment in China, is an important economic growth pole in the eastern region. Its development is inseparable with its own soft and hard conditions, and the foreign direct investment is an important part of the development process and the way of the Yangtze River Delta. The from the actual situation of the Yangtze River Delta region of using the area 16, 2005 to 2014 years of statistical data, through the establishment of panel data model to analyze the effect of FDI on the economic growth, according to the measurement results to determine its influence, and give relevant policy recommendations. Finally, the conclusion is that foreign direct investment, as part of the total investment of the society, promotes the economic development of the region. The government should move towards better and more FDI.

第一章 导论

1.1 选题的背景和意义

跟随着经济全球化的浪潮，资本越来越多、越来越快得在国际间流动，外商直接投资也迅速兴盛起来，渐渐成为了全球经济发展的主导性力量之一。由经济学基本理论我们得知，资本是生产的基本要素之一，提升资本存量有利于促进经济发展。一个国家若投资规模不足，将对经济发展造成制约，此时，可以通过引进外资来缓解资金不够的局势，以便推动经济的发展；而即便投资规模大资金充裕，引进外资仍然可以在带来先进技术、优秀经营人员等方式上推动社会经济的发展。因此对许多国家而言，外商直接投资（FDI）是促进经济增长的重要途径，尤其是发展中国家，FDI更是它们获得外来资金的最主要来源。

中国现已成为外商直接投资最热点的国家地区之一，回顾历史，从上世纪80年代开始利用FDI到90年代FDI大量涌入，期间大致经过了合作经营、合资经营和直接投资逐渐深入、逐渐递进的三个主要阶段。由于经济体庞大，对外资需求庞大且日益增多，中国吸引了大量外来资金流入，缓解了发展中所出现的资金相对短缺的状况，带来了高新技术产业的诞生与成长，刺激了中国的腾飞。其中，长三角地区作为东部地区乃至全国的经济发展龙头，近年引进和利用外资总额达到全国FDI总额的50%左右。以2006年为例，长三角地区实际利用外资达390.25亿美元，较2005年同比增长17.14%，该地区深受FDI影响而发展，其经济活力尤为显著，给全国其他地区起到了示范作用，刺激了各地区FDI的发展以及经济的发展。
