大五人格对大学生职业决策困难的影响:使命感的中介作用

摘要:本研究的研究对象是大五人格、使命感与大学生职业决策困难,通过探讨和分析大五人格、使命感与大学生职业决策困难三者之间的关系,探寻使命感是否可以作为大五人格和职业决策困难二者之间的中介变量,主要研究大五人格的五个维度与使命感的三个维度对大学生职业决策困难的是否有不同影响,并对其具体的作用机理进行分析。首先,通过文献分析对已有研究进行整理、归纳,构建研究模型、提出研究假设;其次,在前人研究的基础上,结合实际情况,运用十项人格量表( TIPI)、召唤职业问卷与职业呼唤量表( CVQ和 BCS)和职业决策困难问卷( CDDQ),进行调查并通过 AMOS建模和 SPSS分析收集数据;最后,通过构建结构方程模型的方法验证研究假设,得出可以支持假设的研究结论。研究结果表明,使命感确实可以作为大五人格和职业决策困难二者的中介,大五人格部分维度通过影响使命感的部分维度进而对大学生职业决策困难整体产生影响。研究结果的成立,对大学生职业决策困难的解决有一定的指导意义,同时也将会使大学生职业决策困难的理论研究更加丰富和全面。

The influence of big five personality on college students' career decision - making difficulties: the mediating role of calling.

Abstract: This study focuses on the big five personality, calling and college students' career decision-making difficulties. By exploring the relationship between the big five personality, calling and college students' career decision-making difficulties, it is intended to explore whether calling can be used as an intermediary variable between the big five personality and career decision-making difficulties. It mainly studies the different impacts of the five dimensions of the big five personality and the three goals of calling on career decision-making difficulties, and analyzes its specific mechanism of action. Firstly, through literature analysis, the existing research is sorted out and summarized, the research model is built and the research hypothesis is put forward. Secondly, on the basis of previous studies, combined with the actual situation, using ten personality scale (TIPI), summon occupation questionnaire and occupation call scale (CVQ and BCS ) and occupation decision-making difficulty questionnaire ( CDDQ ), to investigate and collect data through amos modeling and SPSS analysis. Finally, the research hypothesis is verified by structural equation model method, and the research conclusion is drawn. The research results show that calling can indeed be used as the intermediary between big five personality and career decision-making difficulties, and big five personality can influence career decision-making difficulties by influencing calling. The research results can provide theoretical support for enriching and perfecting related research on career decision-making difficulties, and have certain guiding significance for solving college students' career decision-making difficulties.
