南京市连锁超市物流配送模式研究——以苏果超市为例

摘 要

随着当今经济的飞速发展,人们的生存环境和生活水平越发优越,对各方面的生活品质的要求也日渐提升。为了满足人们对于物质的更高需求,连锁超市得到了蓬勃发展,各大城市中跨国连锁超市和本土连锁超市纷纷涌现。配送是连锁超市的运营的实质之一,同时连锁超市的发展可以促进配送模式的改善。在南京,苏果超市作为极具规模的典型连锁超市已经经营了十多年,它的物流配送模式也十分具有自身特色。本课题拟从苏果超市物流配送模式的类型、运作流程、技术、员工素质和配送规模等方面来对南京市连锁超市的物流配送模式进行分析与探讨,从而研究出如何合理化选择和优化物流配送模式,使连锁超市获得更大的经营效益。

本论文首先介绍了本文的研究背景、目的、意义、国内外研究现状、思路及内容;接着对连锁超市相关文献进行了综述,并介绍了本文研究方法;然后以苏果连锁超市为例,介绍了其物流配送中心概况、南京市门店分布情况和物流配送模式,并对其物流配送现状进行问题分析;最后对四种典型物流配送模式进行对比分析,总结出其优缺点,再应用矩阵决策法和层次分析法,研究选择出适宜苏果的物流配送模式,并提出了苏果实施共同配送模式的措施。

通过本论文的研究,我们可以看出物流配送模式在连锁经营中的重要性,为了使苏果连锁超市在众多竞争者中占据更多市场,我们可以建立共同配送模式,从而提高配送效率,降低成本,增加核心竞争力。

Study on the Logistics Distribution Mode of Nanjing Supermarket:
Suguo supermarket as an example

Abstract

With the rapid development of the economy today, people"s living environment and living standards have become more and more superior, and the requirements for quality of life in all aspects have also increased. In order to satisfy people"s higher demand for materials, supermarket chains have been booming, and multinational supermarket chains and local supermarket chains have emerged in major cities. Distribution is one of the essences of the operation of supermarket chains. At the same time, the development of supermarket chains can promote the improvement of distribution models. In Nanjing, Suguo Supermarket has been operating as a typical supermarket chain for more than a decade. Its logistics distribution model also has its own characteristics. This project intends to analyze and discuss the logistics distribution model of supermarket chains in Nanjing from the aspects of the type, operation flow, technology, staff quality, and distribution scale of the Suguo supermarket logistics distribution model, so as to study how to rationalize and optimize logistics distribution. The model will make the supermarket chain more profitable.

This paper first introduces the research background, purpose, significance, domestic and international research status, ideas and contents. Then it reviews the relevant literature of supermarket chains and introduces the research methods of this article. Then Suguo chain supermarket is introduced as an example. The general situation of its logistics and distribution center, distribution of Nanjing stores, and logistics distribution model were analyzed. The status quo of its logistics distribution was analyzed. Finally, four typical logistics distribution models were analyzed and compared, and their advantages and disadvantages were summed up. Then the matrix decision method was applied. And Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), researched and selected suitable Suguo"s logistics distribution model, and put forward the measures of Suguo"s implementation of joint distribution model.

Through the study of this paper, we can see the importance of logistics distribution model in chain management. In order to make Suguo supermarket chain occupy more market among many competitors, we can establish a common distribution model to improve distribution efficiency and reduce Cost, increase core competitiveness.
