摘 要

模板工程，指新浇混凝土成型的模板以及支承模板的一整套构造体系。随着我国的建筑技术不断的发展，新的技术越来越多，以及对建筑质量的要求越来越高，对建筑的技术人员要求更高。模板工程在混凝土施工中是一种，至关重要的临时结构。作为混凝土结构的定型材料，保证工程的质量。所以在工程中具有重要的地位。模板工程施工前，应根据工程设计图纸、现场条件、混凝土结构施工与验收规范等进行模板设计，模板设计主要包括模板面、支撑系统以及连接配件等。本设计的主要任务时完成宿迁市泰山城市花园12#楼工程模板施工方案设计编制，本工程为宿迁兴邦房地产开发有限公司建设的泰山城市花园住宅小区12#住宅楼工程，建筑地点位于宿迁市宿豫区；该地块北临市府东路，西临儿童街路，东临中山路，南临渔市口路。地下一层。地上十一层。建筑基底面积1229.2平方米，总建筑面积13257.5平方米，地下一层为自行车车库，建筑面积为1235平方米；一、二层为商业服务网点，建筑面积为2458.4平方米，三至十一层为住宅，建筑面积为9564.1平方米。结构形式：剪力墙结构，设计使用年限：50年，建筑高度34.5米，抗震设防烈度：七度；耐火等级：二级；项目设计规模等级；小型；屋面防水等级为二级。通过该施工方案来进一步了解模板工程的重要性。

1 设计选题说明

1.1 选题原因说明

本人在宿迁龙山建设有限公司实习，对模板的安装有深刻的了解，《宿迁市泰山城市花园 12#楼工程模板施工方案设计》这一份设计中具有代表性，内容翔实，专业性较强。我在工地实习期间，觉得模板对于整个工程来说很重要，模板是使混凝土成型的结构，没有模板就没有混凝图的成型。根据建筑物的结构特点和施工工期、质量要求，将地下部分和地上部分分开考虑，确定各部分模板体系。地上墙体模板、地板侧模以及顶板等各采用不同的模板。

1.2 数据资料的获得

在工地实习期间，收到很多朋友的帮助，教会了我很多东西，对工程图纸的阅读，从中学到模板的计算，看木工的施工，学到了模板的安装和拆除。指导老师也给了我很多帮助。也向有关专业认识请教了很多不懂的问题。

1.3 设计的难度

实习的时间有点短，不能完整经历一个工程项目，只了解到基坑模板和柱子模板的安装与拆除，其他地方的模板并没有了解到,还有一些重要的施工工序不了解。因此本设计难度为中等以上难度。本设计存在的主要问题是实习的时间有点短，不能完整经历一个工程项目，只了解到基坑模板和柱子模板的安装与拆除。采取的措施是仔细了解施工图纸，读懂施工图的前提下，了解其他模板的安装及拆除。

1.4 设计实现的可能性

虽然本次设计有一定的难度，但本人在工地实习的过程中积累了一定的经验，与此同时，还可以向更有经验的同事请教（项目经理），更有经历更为丰富的指导老师的指导，所以我对设计的实现充满信心，对最终的设计成果比较满意。
