摘要

在高电压等级电网逐步发展过程的初期,电磁环网运行在发挥设备输电能力、保证电源可靠送出以及提高电网供电可靠性等方面起到了有益作用。但是,随着华东地区淮沪和浙福特高压工程的投运,华东地区将形成特高压交流成网的局面,且存在1000kV、500kV与220kV三级电磁环网。多级电磁环网的存在使得电网运行特性发生变化,改变了特高压落点附近输电网架的拓扑结构、潮流分布、短路电流、稳定特性,给电网安全稳定运行带来了较大风险。本文以特高压投产后华东电网为研究对象,分析了影响电磁环网稳定性的敏感性因素。针对华东电网之中存在的多级电磁环网,从安全稳定性的角度出发,利用系统仿真软件PSD-BPA对特高压电网关键断面1000kV/500kV/220kV三级电磁环网进行故障仿真分析。具体研究内容包括:(1)分析多级电磁环网的潮流分布特性以及安全稳定特性;(2)针对华东电网,分析影响多级电磁环网安全稳定性的敏感性因素,并研究提高多级电磁环网稳定性的协调控制措施(3)研究关键断面1000kV/500kV/220kV三级电磁环网合环运行带来的安全稳定性问题,提出解环运行方案,并分析系统适应性。

Abstract

In the early stage of the development of high voltage class power grid, the operation of electromagnetic loop network has played a good role in such aspects as equipment transmission capacity, ensuring reliable power supply,improving the reliability of power grid and so on.However,as the UHV project becomes operational from Huainan to Shanghai and from Zhejiang to Fujian in east China,UHV ac will form a network in the area,and there are 1000kV,500kV and 220kV, three levels of electromagnetic loop network.Multistage electromagnetic loop network makes the operation characteristics of power grid change, the frame topology , power flow distribution,short circuit current and stability characteristics of transmission network near the UHV substation location have been different,witch brings big risk to the security and stability of power grid. This paper based on the east China power grid where UHV has been put into operation, analyzes the  sensitive factors influencing the stability of electromagnetic loop network. Aiming at the multistage electromagnetic loop network existing in the east China power grid, for security and stability, this paper uses system simulation software BPA-PSD to simulate and analyze the fault of UHV 1000kV/500kV/220kV three-level electromagnetic loop network in the power grid’s key tie-line. Specific research contents include:(1)Analyzing power flow distribution characteristics and security and stability characteristics of multistage electromagnetic loop network;(2)Aiming at the east China power grid, analyzing sensitive factors which influence the stability and security of the electromagnetic loop network,and research coordinating control measures that can improve the stability of multistage electromagnetic loop network;(3)Research the security and stability problem caused by closed loop operation of 1000kV/500kV/220kV three-level electromagnetic loop network, then putting forward looping-off scheme, and analyzing the adaptability of system.
