电动叉车倾斜机构及液压系统设计

摘 要

电动叉车作为当今主要的搬运设备,在工厂、车间等有大量运输工作的地方被广泛运用,在我国的不断努力下,叉车普及率逐渐提高,大面积代替了繁重的人力运输,大幅度提高了效率。本课题主要是介绍2t电力驱动叉车的结构、组成及其零件的选择、确定门架倾斜装置及液压系统方案等。本文主要设计叉车的门架倾斜装置及液压系统,并完成相关计算,绘制液压系统,倾斜油缸,油箱的草图。

倾斜机构简介:倾斜油缸通过伸缩运动,使门架绕下部饺点前倾或后倾,使货叉从水平位置向前倾斜6°或向后倾斜12°,平衡重式叉车需沿导轨移动。

设计内容包括:设计倾斜油缸、强度与稳定性校核、选择油箱、选择油泵、选择阀、选择零件,设计油箱管路及管件设计、液压辅件设计。

As the main handling equipment, electric forklift is widely used in factories, workshops and other places where there is a lot of transportation work. With the continuous efforts of our country, the popularization rate of forklift is gradually increasing, replacing the heavy human transportation in a large area, greatly improving the efficiency. This topic mainly introduces the structure, composition and parts selection of 2T electric drive forklift, determines the gantry tilt device and hydraulic system scheme, etc. In this paper, the main design of forklift gantry tilt device and hydraulic system, and complete the relevant calculation, draw the sketch of hydraulic system, tilt cylinder, oil tank

Introduction to tilting mechanism: through telescopic movement, the tilting cylinder makes the gantry tilt forward or backward around the lower dumpling point, and makes the fork tilt forward from the horizontal position for 6°Or lean back 12°, The counterweight forklift needs to move along the guide rail.

The design includes: Design of tilt cylinder, strength and stability check, selection of oil tank, selection of oil pump, selection of valve, selection of parts, design of oil tank pipeline and pipe fittings, design of hydraulic accessories.
