电动叉车起重装置设计

摘 要

电动叉车于物流或仓储系统中是极为重要的货物搬运工具。2t电动叉车灵活机动,适应性强,能在狭小的空间高效的工作。对于人工而言,叉车工作时间更长,效率更高,可以持续作业。货物繁重,多批次运输,叉车搬运设备则可以短时间内完成任务。叉车的起重装置由门架、起重传动链、滑架货叉及顶升油缸组成,它们来完成货物的堆、取工作。对它的改进与创新也是源源不断。工作设计要点在于起重装置的结构设计以及各零部件的组合安装。同时本次设计也需要与同组人员进行配合,在多个方面做出设计上的协调与讨论。在小组讨论中主要与负责叉车总体设计与液压传统的同学进行对接,处理油缸的安装与总体门架配置问题。

Design of gantry system for 2 ton forklift

Abstract

Electric forklifts are important tools for handling goods in logistics or storage systems. 2 t Electric forklift is flexible, adaptable and can work efficiently in narrow space. For labor, forklift work longer, more efficient, can continue to work. Heavy goods, multiple batches of transportation, forklift handling equipment can be completed in a short time. The lifting device of the forklift truck is composed of door frame, lifting transmission chain, sliding frame fork and lifting cylinder. Its improvement and innovation are also endless. The main point of work design lies in the structure design of lifting device and the combination installation of each part. At the same time, the design also needs to cooperate with the same team to coordinate and discuss the design in many aspects. In the group discussion, the students who are responsible for the overall design of forklift truck and hydraulic tradition are docked to deal with the installation of oil cylinder and the overall gantry configuration.
