信贷系统还款模块设计与实现

摘 要

近年来在“互联网金融”概念的推动下,我国针对小微企业的小额信贷业务已经开始进入到全面发展的阶段。小贷公司随之如雨后春笋般出现,然而这些新型企业在政策方面缺乏规范,以及整个行业的不成熟,导致了它们缺乏风险评审和控制能力,阻碍了小额信贷行业的健康发展。基于以上背景,信贷系统应运而生,本论文将分析信贷系统中最为核心的模块,即还款模块。

本文针对信贷系统出现的背景及意义作简要的介绍和分析。介绍主要的技术理论,并阐述分析其中的难点,如EXTJS技术框架、负载均衡、设计模式以及Spring MVC等等。其次详细的阐述了信贷系统还款模块的需求分析。对于还款模块的系统设计机实现作了详细的说明,主要分为贷前模块,贷后模块以及通用模块。其中通用模块的还款计划表模块是整个系统的核心模块,也是技术关键,本论文将会着重介绍该部分。最后是总结与展望。

信贷系统还款模块旨在为所有小额贷款公司提供一套规范的,灵活的,准确的还款系统,旨在为广大的小额贷款公司服务,同时也起到了监督和指导的作用,不仅为小贷公司降低了成本也降低了风险。

Abstract

In the recent years, with the concept of “Internet Banking” become more and more popular, China's micro credit business for small and micro enterprises has begun to enter the stage of comprehensive development. So more and more small-credit company appeared. But these new enterprises are lack of standardized in terms of policy, and the whole microfinance industry is not mature. These factors have caused the enterprises lack of ability of risk assessment and risk control, and hindered the healthy development of microfinance industry. Based on the above background, credit system came into being, this paper will analyze the core module of credit system which is repayment module.

Firstly, this paper will gives a brief introduction and analysis of the background and significance of credit system. Then introduces the main technical theory, and analyzes the difficulties of this system, such as EXTJS technology framework, load balance, design patterns and MVC Spring and so on. Secondly, the analysis of the credit system's repayment module is described in detail. Thirdly, the paper introduced the system design and implementation of repayment module in detail, the system mainly divided into three parts: loan front module, after the loan module and general module. The general module of the repayment schedule is the core module of the whole system, and also the key technology, this paper will focus on the part of this. The last is the summary and outlook.

This system is designed to provide a standard, flexible and accurate payment system for all the microfinance company. At the same time also played a role of supervision and guidance, not only for these companies reduces costs, but also reduce the risk.

选题背景和意义

在如今“互联网金融”概念的推动下,贷款的需求越来越紧缺,其中小额贷款尤为突出,我国小额信贷已经逐渐形成了以农村信用社,农业银行,新型农村金融机构和小额贷款公司等为补充的多层次多元化小额信贷市场格局,服务对象主要包括小型企业、微型企业、个体经营户、农户等。随着我国持续加大“三农”投入和扶持中小微企业融资的展开,小额信贷行业有望继续快速发展。
