中国大陆证券市场的风险及应对研究

摘 要

近年来，证券市场区域化、全球化趋势日益显著，跨境证券交易品种不断拓展，各国证券市场紧密联系。而我国证券行业正处于转型期，业务多元化发展日趋明显，越来越多的中小型金融机构逐渐成为推动市场迅速发展的主要推动力。过于迅速的发展导致了我国证券市场和监管制度相关问题的暴露，为了适应当代证券市场发展趋势，同时保证我国证券市场的健康可持续发展，需要对中国证券市场风险防范领域所面临的问题进行研究，从而根据我国国情，借鉴国外证券市场成熟的管理经验和做法，对我国证券市场风险防范机制进行完善。

本文首先对证券市场风险的概念作了简要阐述，并对中国证券市场的发展历程和学者们关于证券市场风险的研究作了简要回顾。然后从系统性风险和非系统风险两个方面分析我国证券市场的风险特征，其中重点通过四大市场板块随机样本的实证结果来对比分析个股风险、各市场板块风险和板块行业间的风险，可以发现我国当前个股系统性风险占总体风险比例分布合理，而个股在行业间的风险差异可以部分满足投资者的风险规避要求；同时根据近七年我国系统性风险占比的变化趋势和各国系统性风险占比的比较，本文得出了近几年我国系统性风险占比虽然逐年下降，但跟发达国家相比我国证券市场风险水平依旧偏高的结论。接着本文对中国证券市场风险的成因进行了分析和阐述。最后在对研究结果进行阐述解释之后，本文提出中国证券市场未来发展的风险控制应从企业、市场、行政、司法、投资者等方面着手的建议，为政策制定者和监管者提供合理的借鉴。

Research on the Risks and Countermeasures of Chinese Stock Market

Abstract

In recent years, the securities market is becoming more and more regional, the trend of globalization is becoming more and more significant, the cross border securities trading varieties are constantly expanding, and the securities market is closely related to each country. Too rapid development leads to the related problems of China"s securities market and regulatory system exposure, in order to adapt to the development trend of modern securities market, while ensuring our stock market sustainable and healthy development, need of China securities market risk prevention area facing the problem into research, thus according to the national conditions of our country, draw lessons from foreign mature securities market management experience and practice, to China"s securities market risk prevention mechanism to improve, achieve the macro risks of securities market of our country, effective early warning, enhancement of the vast number of investors risk prevention capacity, promote China"s securities market sustained, healthy and steady development.

Firstly, this paper makes a brief exposition of the concept of the securities market risk, and briefly reviews the development course of the Chinese stock market and the scholars" research on the risk of the securities market. Then, analysis the risk characteristics of China"s securities market from two directions: systematic risk and non-systematic risk, which focuses on through four market segments in the random sample of empirical results to compare risk analysis of the risk of stocks, the market risk of the plate and the plate industry, can be found in our country current stock systematic risk accounted for overall risk ratio distribution is reasonable, and stocks in the inter industry differences in the risk of can partially meet investor risk aversion is called. Then, this paper analyzes the causes of China"s securities market risk. Finally, the research results to interpret is proposed in this paper, the future development of China"s securities market risk control should enterprises, market, administrative, judicial, investors started, for policy makers and regulators to provide a reasonable reference.

历经数十年的发展，中国证券市场在我国经济迅速增长的环境下取得了很大进步。1990年12月19日，上海证券交易所成立；1991年7月3日，深圳证券交易所成立。2004年5月，中国证监会为构建多层次资本市场通过了在深圳交易所主板市场内设立中小企业板块的决策，使得部分有发展前景但未达到主板上市要求的企业得到融资机会。2009年创业板的成立为高成长性的中小企业开阔了发展道路，并为创新国家战略，提供融资平台，建立多层次资本市场等目标提供了良好环境。中国证券市场发展至今为上市公司提供了优越的融资机会，为企业发展提供了良好的市场环境，为中国经济发展做出贡献。
