摘 要

本文首先对国内外学者的关于外商直接投资与国际贸易的研究成果进行总结，接着，主要利用江苏省2000年-2014年的有关数据，对外商直接投资与出口贸易的现状进行了一定的分析。通过数据分析出，改革开放以来，我省的出口商品结构得到了一定的优化，并且近十年来一直保持着稳定的状态。工业制成品已经代替初级产品成为江苏省出口商品的主导力量，但是，工业制成品的内部结构还是不合理，比如机电产品和高新技术产品的附加值较低，竞争力明显不足等问题。接着对江苏省出口商品外商直接投资的相关关系进行分析，理论和数据分析出外商直接投资对工业制成品出口影响要大于其对初级产品出口的影响；对机电产品和高新技术产品也有一定的促进作用。最后，根据江苏省外商投资的现状和外商投资对出口商品结构的促进作用，对江苏省合理引进和利用外资提供一些建议。

Study on the Influence of Foreign Direct Investment on the Export Commodity Structure of Jiangsu Province

Abstract

At first, this paper summarizes the relevant research achievements of the scholars at home and abroad operators of foreign direct investment and international trade. Then, the primary use of the relevant data of Jiangsu Province in 2000 - 2014, the status of foreign direct investment and export trade was analyzed. Through the data analysis, since the reform and opening up, our province"s export commodity structure has been optimized, and the past ten years has maintained a stable state. Replacing primary products, manufactured goods has become the leading force in Jiangsu Province for the export commodity, however, or unreasonable internal structure of industrial products, such as mechanical and electrical products and high-tech products of low added value, the apparent lack of competitiveness and so on. Then I analysis the relationship of Jiangsu Province export commodities of foreign direct investment, theory and data analysis of the foreign direct investment impact on the exports of manufactured goods will be greater than the impact on the export of primary products; mechanical and electrical products and high-tech products also a certain role in promoting. Finally, combined with the results of the study, as well as the problems faced in Jiangsu Province of Jiangsu Province use foreign capital and promote the development of trade and put forward some suggestions.

第一章 绪论

外商直接投资，简称FDI（Foreign Direct Investment），国际上对它的定义各有不同。联合国贸易与发展会议（UNCTAD）对其的定义是，一个国家的企业或者一国的投资者在另一个国家以获得持久的利益为目的的活动，并对之进行控制的投资。经济合作发展组织（OECD）认为，FDI对东道国企业的所有权占到10%就会对该企业的管理产生重大影响。而我国则认为一个企业想要被认定为外商投资企业，则至少该企业所有资本的25%来源于海外投资。本文之后所指的商直接投资，主要是研究引进外资对我国产生的影响。
