虚拟领导方式对于团队工作的影响分析

摘 要

本文主要研究的是虚拟领导这种方式对于团队工作的效率所带来的影响分析。随着信息技术的发展,基于互联网的企业体制与组织创新不断涌现新的模式,虚拟团队也就应运而生。在这样的团队中,虚拟领导的出现也是对传统领导模式的一种创新与挑战,因而对于虚拟领导这种新模式会给团队带来的影响的研究也就十分必要。

文章主要先从虚拟领导在学术上的基本定义、以及前人不同研究者所持有的不同观点入手,探讨虚拟领导的本质和内涵,剖析虚拟领导的模式与特点,再将虚拟领导与传统领导的方式相比较,研究两种模式会对团队工作所产生的影响,最后再结合两种模式的优缺点去阐述如何能够提高虚拟领导对于团队工作的效率。本文的目的就是探索出虚拟领导如何能够使得不再同一空间、同一时间里的团队的成员更好的分工与合作,并提高工作效率。本文的研究方法主要是结合前人的研究理论,以理论研究作为支撑,主要研究方法是理论分析法和文献研究法。主要总结前人的研究成果,并以此作为理论基础,找到目前的研究动态。再对前人的相关研究成果进行总结和提炼,以对虚拟领导的研究作为理论基础,从而进一步分析这种领导方式。

本文研究的主要结论为,要想使得虚拟领导更好的促进团队工作效率,就要与传统领导的优点互相结合,取长补短,并要用在真正适合虚拟领导的领域中,这样才能更好的发挥虚拟领导的作用,从而进一步提高虚拟团队的工作效率。

The Analysis of Virtual Leadership Style Impact for Team Work

Abstract

This paper mainly studies the virtual led the way for the effects of the efficiency of team work. With the development of information technology, Internet based enterprise system and organization innovation constantly emerging new pattern, virtual team also arises at the historic moment. In such teams, the advent of virtual leadership is a kind of innovation and challenge to traditional leadership model, thus for virtual led the effects of the new model can give a team of study is very necessary.

This paper first from the basic definition of virtual leadership in academic predecessors, and different researchers have different views, to explore the essence and connotation of virtual leadership, analyze the mode and characteristics of virtual leadership, then the virtual leadership compared with the traditional leading the way, the two modes of the impact of team work, and then combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the two models to demonstrate how to improve the efficiency of virtual leadership for team work. The purpose of this article is to explore how virtual leadership can make no longer team member in the same space, at the same time a better division of labor and cooperation, and improve the work efficiency. In this paper, the main research method is combining previous research theory, to study the theory as the support, the main research method of theory analysis and literature research. Mainly summarized the research achievements of predecessors, as theoretical basis, find the current study. And then to summarize previous research results and refined, based on the theory of the study of virtual leadership, thus further analysis of this kind of leadership style.

This paper studies the main conclusion is, if you want to make a virtual leadership better promote team work efficiency, with the advantages of traditional leadership combined with each other, complement each other, and want to use in the field of the really suitable for virtual leadership,so as to better play to the role of the virtual leadership, so as to further improve the work efficiency of virtual team.
