低碳经济下的煤炭企业发展—以山西为例

摘 要

低碳经济现在已为国际社会所重视，成为一种新的发展模式。地球是人类生活的唯一家园，现在在遭受有史以来最为严重的环境威胁。有大量报道表明，全球变暖问题导致的一些极端天气、城市工业区排放物对周边居民的影响事实上都与环境污染有关。尤其在中国，煤炭是基础且地位重要的工业能源，根据数据统计，在我国能源消耗占比中，煤炭一直保持高比例，所以长期内煤炭将继续保持主体能源的地位。然而这与我国发展环境友好型、资源节约型的战略有冲突，煤的含碳量在所有能源中是最高的，高达每吨煤排放2.5吨二氧化碳，久而久之会导致很多环境问题，比如大面积的沙漠化、海平面上升、食物链紊乱有害生物出现。同时，煤炭是不可再生资源，将煤炭价值最大化，企业发展低碳经济更具有意义。

世界各国都已经开始研究低碳经济下煤炭的发展。国外从理论和实践两方面开展，从多个角度提出应对策略，包括寻找并开发新能源、通过经济法律等手段实现清洁生产。我国的很多学者也集思广益，不断反复地研究讨论路径与策略，因为是煤炭大国，所以从国内各个大中小型煤炭企业入手，结合低碳经济理论，集中研究煤炭行业中存在的问题及对策。本文基于低碳经济理论，尝试在微观层面细化煤炭企业的理论知识，并对煤炭企业全方面的现状进行了解，综合讨论出适合煤炭企业未来发展路径，使煤炭企业发展更长远。

Abstract

Low carbon economy has now been paid great attention in the international community, become a new kind of development model that the earth is home to mankind, and now the most serious environmental threat has emerged. The issue of global warming caused by extreme weather city industrial emissions impact a large on the surrounding residents in fact is related to the environmental pollution in China, In particular, coal is the basis of industrial energy, and in a very important position, according to statistics, in China's energy consumption proportion, coal has maintained a very high proportion for a long time. So body energy However it has to do with our country developing environmentally friendly conflict with resource conservation strategy, the carbon content of coal in all energy is the highest, up to 2.5 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions per ton of coal, this will appear a series of environmental problems, such as plant diseases and insect pests increase of sea level rise of the earth's climate abnormal ocean storms increased drought and desertification of land area increases at the same time, the coal is non-renewable resources, maximizes the value of coal, enterprise development a low carbon economy is more meaningful.

Many countries in the world have begun to study how to develop low-carbon economy, among which one of the most important is to study the development of low-carbon economy of coal, which includes theory and practice, and proposes countermeasures from different perspectives.
