反倾销对我国光伏产业发展的影响及对策研究

摘 要

在全球高速发展的今天，环境问题和能源危机成为人们更关注的话题，新能源的开发就显得尤为重要，各国积极出台政策创造环境发展新兴产业，光伏产业就是新兴发展产业之一。随着我国对外贸易的不断发展，光伏产业高速发展占有了一定的国际市场，但发展的道路并不是一帆风顺。美国，欧盟等国家为了本国产业的发展，相继对我国光伏产业展开反倾销调查。使我国光伏产业面临着国际竞争力薄弱，发展环境恶劣等问题，这严重影响了我国光伏产业的发展。在此背景下，剖析研究反倾销对我国光伏产业的影响及对策具备重要的现实意义。

全文分为六个模块。第一部分是绪论，介绍了选题研究的背景与意义，接着对文章的目的和内容作了介绍，最后提出了研究方法及选题的重点和难点。第二部分是文献综述，概述了反倾销和光伏产业的相关文献。第三部分是反倾销的相关概述，介绍了反倾销的概念，分析了反倾销的经济影响。第四部分是我国光伏产业的发展现状，先介绍了我国光伏产业的发展现状，然后介绍了遭遇反倾销调查后的发展状态，最后分析了我国光伏产业遭遇反倾销调查的原因。第五部分是欧盟对华光伏产业征收反倾销税的影响，以欧盟对华双反案为基础，研究双反案对进口国和我国的影响。第六部分是中国光伏产业应对反倾销的策略研究，分别从国家层面，政府层面，企业层面为我国光伏产业应对反倾销提出了策略建议。

Abstract

Nowadays, with the rapid development of the world, environmental problems and energy crisis have become a more concerned topic. The development of new energy is particularly important. Countries actively introduce policies to create an environment for the development of emerging industries. Photovoltaic industry is one of the emerging development industries. With the continuous development of China's foreign trade, the rapid development of photovoltaic industry has occupied a certain international market, but the road of development is not smooth. The United States, the European Union and other countries have launched anti-dumping investigations on China's photovoltaic industry for the development of their own industries, which has seriously affected the development of China's photovoltaic industry. China's photovoltaic industry is facing such problems as weak international competitiveness and poor development environment. In this context, the analysis of the impact of anti-dumping on China's photovoltaic industry and countermeasures has important practical significance.

The full text is divided into six modules. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the topic selection, then introduces the purpose and content of the article, and finally puts forward the research methods and the key and difficult points of the topic selection. The second part is literature review, which summarizes the relevant literature of anti-dumping and photovoltaic industry. The third part is an overview of anti-dumping, introduces the concept of anti-dumping, and analyses the economic impact of anti-dumping. The fourth part is the development status of China's photovoltaic industry. Firstly, the development status of China's photovoltaic industry is introduced. Then, the development status of China's photovoltaic industry after encountering anti-dumping investigation is introduced. Finally, the reasons why China's photovoltaic industry encounters anti-dumping investigation are analyzed. The fifth part is the impact of EU's anti-dumping tax on China's photovoltaic industry. Based on the EU's dual countermeasure against China, the impact of dual countermeasure on importing countries and China is studied. The sixth part is the strategy research of China's photovoltaic industry to deal with anti-dumping. It puts forward strategic suggestions for China's photovoltaic industry to deal with anti-dumping from the national level, the government level and the enterprise level.
