专利国际化与产业创新水平的关系研究

摘 要

本文利用2008-2014年我国26个制造业行业的面板数据，合理选取相关变量及其衡量指标，运用固定效应、随机效应和普通最小二乘法模型，实证检验了专利国际化与产业创新能力的关系，还从分行业层面比较了不同行业对专利国际化与产业创新的关系的差异化特点。

本研究发现，在控制了人才投入、内部资金和外部资金支持、创新环境以及产业状况等条件的情况下，专利国际化对产业的创新能力有显著影响。另外，人才投入、内部资金和外部资金支持、创新环境对产业创新能力的提高也有一定的正面效应。外国对国内专利所有权对产业创新的作用显著为正；国际合作专利产生的作用效果存在产业差异，主要体现在：对技术密集型产业，国际合作专利在所有专利中所占的比例越高，越能推动产业创新；对非技术密集型产业，国际专利合作对于推动产业创新有负向的影响。人才投入对于产业创新的影响效果为正，但并非显著；无论是内源性资金还是外部性资金投入都与产业创新水平显著正相关，增加研发投入能提高产业创新水平。创新环境的系数为正，但不显著，这意味着产业外部氛围在目前我国产业创新推进过程中的重要性还没有显现。行业状况与产业创新水平呈正相关，即一个行业的获利能力强，其产业创新水平也高。最后，基于以上结论，给出相关的对策建议。

A Study on the Relationship between

Patent Internationalization and

Industrial Innovation

ABSTRACT

The paper studies the relationship between patent internationalization and industrial innovation based on 26 manufacturing industries from 2008 to 2014 with FE, RE and OLS econometrical models, right after the reasonable selection of relevant variables and metrics. And we also compare and analyze different performances from the perspective of industry levels.

We find that given intellectual investment, inward and outward capital support, innovation environment and industry development, that patent internationalization can significantly affect innovation. In addition, intellectual input, internal and external financial support and innovation environment also have a certain role in improving the industry innovation capability. The effect of foreign control of domestic patents on industrial innovation is significantly positive, The more absorption of foreign patents, the more able to upgrade the industry level of innovation; there are some differences in the effects of international cooperation patents for different industries, mainly reflected in that for technology-intensive industries, the higher the proportion of international cooperation patents, the better role of improving the innovation level; for non-technology-intensive industries, international cooperation patents not only fail to promote its innovation, but also cause a negative impact; intellectual investment can enhance industrial innovation, but not significantly; In terms of financial support from either internal or external funding, capital investment are significantly positively correlated with the level of industrial innovation, and that increase Ramp;D investment can improve the level of industrial innovation. The coefficient of innovation environment is positive but not significant, which means that the importance of innovation atmosphere to promote industrial innovation at present has not appeared yet. Industry development is conducive to industry innovation significantly, and the more benefits one industry earns, the higher its industrial innovation level. Finally, based on the above conclusions, we will give relevant suggestions.
