摘 要

“一带一路”倡议不断落实，中美贸易战持续发酵，当前国际经济形势千变万化。但是我国始终秉持对外友好的态度和合作共赢的信念进行国际贸易，加入WTO之后，我国利用国内资源优势以及开放的有利条件大力发展对外经济，进出口贸易的规模不断扩大，结构不断优化，中国的经济地位也不断提升成为世界第二大经济体。伴随着科学技术的发展，要素在国别间的流动更加便捷，我国利用比较优势吸引了越来越多的外商直接投资。那么，作为衡量对外经济贸易发展的两个重要指标，我国外商直接投资与进出口贸易在新的国际经济环境下又存在怎样的关系呢？

本文将从从实际出发，从不同角度分析目前我国FDI与贸易的发展现状，搜集整理我国31个省份2000年-2017年的相关面板数据，并对其进行检验、处理和计量分析，分中国整体和东中西区域探究两者的关系。

通过实证发现， 当前FDI和进出口在我国主要是互补关系，即外资引入的增多会促进我国进出口贸易额的增加，反过来，对外贸易的繁荣也会为我国吸引更多的外资。进一步分区域研究会发现FDI在我国东中西部地区对贸易的贡献呈现不一样的比例，这也是造成我国区域发展失衡的原因之一。

Abstract

With the implement of the Belt and Road initiative and development of the Sino-US trade war. The current international economic situation is ever-changing. However, China has always adhered to the friendly attitude and the belief of cooperation and win-win for international trade. China try hard to develop and improve its foreign economy by utilizing domestic resource and open economic conditions after joining the WTO. Specifically, we have obtained great progress in the scale of import and export trade and the structure of commodities. China’s economic status has also been upgraded to become the world's second largest economy. Under the background of advanced technology and science, the flow of factors between countries is more convenient. More and more foreign companies select China as their investment targets for our competitive advantages. Then, as two important indicators for measuring the development of foreign trade and economics, what is the relationship between foreign direct investment and import and export trade at the present international economic environment?

This article will analyze the current development status of China's FDI and trade from different angles, collect relevant panel data of China's 31 provinces from 2000 to 2017, and do test, process and measure it. Explore the relationship between the two and the East, Central and West regions.

Through empirical research, the current FDI, import and export are mainly complementary in China, that is, the increase in foreign investment will promote the increase of China's import and export trade volume. In turn, the prosperity of foreign trade will also be profitable for the increase of investment. Further sub-regional research found that FDI's contribution to trade in the eastern, central and western regions of China showed a different proportion, which is one of the reasons for the imbalance of regional development in China.

第一章 引言

1.1选题的背景与意义

地球村、全球化、一体化，世界逐渐缩小融合的趋势下，互联互通成为当今时代人类的共同追求，这一点尤其体现在经济活动当中。20世纪开始，世界经济就朝着全球化的态势发展，各个国家间的经济联系日益增强，商品、服务和资本开始在不同的经济体间输入与输出。自改革开放以来我国加速融入开放发展的世界经济环境，实施“引进来”和“走出去”战略，加入世界贸易组织，提出开放、包容、透明的“一带一路”倡议，主动对外开放的意识导向和政策落地使得我国对外贸易的规模不断扩大，吸引外商直接投资的程度也不断加深。

2002年到2018年，我国货物贸易进出口总额、出口总额和进口总额年均增长率分别达到了11.78%、11.96%和11.57%，其数额也分别从2002年的51378.2亿元、26947.9亿元和24430.3亿元增长到2018年的305050.4亿元、164176.7亿元和140873.7亿元。与此同时，随着科学技术的发展，全球一体化进程的推进，资产、人才、知识的流动性加强使得国际投资环境改善，2017年中国继续稳固国际地位，保持继美国之后最大的资产流入国和最大的吸引外资最多的发展中国家的记录，吸引外商在华直接投资创历史新高，达到了1310亿美元。2002年加入WTO之后，我国进出口总额、进口额、出口额和外商直接投资数额如图1.1所示：
