跨境电子商务对于我国进出口贸易的影响探究

摘 要

随着经济全球化和互联网科技与信息技术的飞速发展，凭借着高效率、低成本、便捷等优势，将互联网技术融入了国际贸易中而发展的跨境电商在我国的对外贸易中逐渐开始占据越来越重要的地位，与此同时也发挥了更加重要的作用，并且逐渐成为我国对外贸易发展的主流与趋势。此篇文章选取了我国与41个主要的贸易伙伴国家的双边贸易及相关数据，以及网络就绪度指数、实际GDP等数据，对跨境电商与进出口贸易的相关性进行了实证分析，研究表明，跨境电商的发展有助于推动进出口贸易增长。

本文首先对跨境电商的相关概念及特征和分类进行概述；其次综述了我国进出口贸易和跨境电商贸易的发展现状，总结了跨境电子商务的发展历程与2018年的行业动态；再次，回顾了国内外学者对于本文研究主题的文献，以及跨境电商影响进出口贸易的经典理论基础，包括交易成本理论和技术创新理论；之后详述了跨境电商对于进出口贸易的各方面影响，并指出了中国跨境电商发展所存在的问题；接着本文以贸易引力模型为基础建立了模型来进一步对跨境电子商务发展与进出口贸易的相关性进行计量分析；最后，本文总结了研究的结论，并提出了相关的对策与建议。

ABSTRACT

With rapid development of the economic globalization, Internet technology and the information technology, integration of Internet technology and the cross-border e-commerce in international trade is occupying an increasingly important position in China's foreign trade, due to having advantages of high efficiency, low cost and being convenient. The integration is playing an important role, and gradually becoming the mainstream of the international trade development of China. This paper, choosing bilateral trade data between China and 40 major trading partner countries, as well as network readiness index, real GDP and other related data, makes an empirical analysis of the correlation between the development of cross-border e-commerce and the trade of both import and export, which shows that the cross-border e-commerce helps to promote the growth of the import and the export trade.

Firstly, this paper summarizes the related concepts, characteristics and classification of cross-border e-commerce. After that, it summarizes the development status of China's import and export trade and the trade of cross-border e-commerce. Then the paper summarizes the development process of the cross-border e-commerce and the 2018 industry trends. Secondly, it reviews literature of domestic and foreign scholars' research of this study, as well as some classical basic theories of the cross-border e-commerce's influence on the import and export trade, which includes transaction cost theory and technological innovation theory. Then the paper elaborates on the impact of cross-border e-commerce on import and export trade in different aspects, and points out the problems that are existing in today's cross-border e-commerce in China. Last but not least, the paper establishes a model based on trade gravity model to make further quantitative analysis of the correlation between cross-border e-commerce trade and the import and export trade. At last, the paper summarizes the conclusion of the study and lists some relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
