基于电子商务的社区服务平台设计

摘 要

自从进入新世纪以来,尤其是近几年,电子商务在中国一直迅速发展,一些大的电子商务平台的广泛应用改变着国内商务环境。企业对商品和服务直接进入社区家庭的愿望更加强烈,人们的生活模式发生了根本转变,人们对社区服务的宽度和服务质量的要求越来越高。然而从现状来看,目前很多电子商务服务模式,无法满足现代城市社区居民日益高要求的服务需要。这样一来,需要有合适的方案来解决线下渠道与线上渠道的冲突问题。基于电子商务的社区服务平台的建设有望为满足这些需要找到新的途径,因此设计一个功能完善、友好、具有生命力的个性化社区服务平台势在必行。

本文采用软件工程的思想,在详细分析了典型居民社区的组织结构特点、其现有服务平台存在的问题的基础上,结合基于电子商务的服务平台的需求,确定新的服务平台基于B/S(浏览器/服务器Browser/Server)结构,采用.net技术进行开发。并对该平台的功能模块进行了详细的设计,分为平台信息管理、前台业务处理系统管理、后台业务处理系统管理、支付管理、全局控制管理共五个模块,并且设计了一个预留模组,增加了系统的灵活性。

Design of community service platform based on Electronic Commerce

Abstract

Since the beginning of twenty-first Century, e-commerce has developed rapidly in China, some of China's e-commerce platform has changed China's business environment. The desire of enterprises to enter the community family directly into the community is more strong, people's life pattern has been radically changed, people's demand for the width and quality of the service of the community is becoming more and more high. But from the current situation, the existing e-commerce service model can not meet the needs of modern community services. As a result, there is a need to have the right solution to solve the problem of line channels and online channels. The construction of community service platform based on electronic commerce is expected to find new ways to meet these needs. Therefore, it is imperative to design a personalized community service platform with perfect function, friendly, and vitality.

In this paper, after a detailed analysis of the tissue structure of the typical community residents, the existence of the existing service platform based on, combined with the demand of e-commerce service platform based on to determine the new service platform based on B / S (Browser / Server Browser / server) structure, using. Net technology development by using the idea of software engineering. And functional modules of the platform were designed in detail, for information management platform, front business process management system, the background business management system management, payment management, global control management consists of five modules, and the design of the a reservation module, increase the flexibility of the system.
