基于社交网络的群体信任研究——以大学生为例

摘 要

信息化时代的高速发展开阔了我们的视野，让我们认识到了缤纷多彩的世界，带来了各式各样的信息，加强了世界上各个互联网能够到达的地区之间的交流和信息的互通。数据显示近年来智能手机和平板终端的普及，加快了社交网络的迅速发展，但我们却很难从社交网络的众多信息中判断真伪，这也是互联网时代需要面临的信任问题。

本文从大学生群体的角度分析整个社会群体的对于社交网络的信任感，提出在网络虚拟服务平台上加强对信息的保护和甄别的观点，将研究与实际生活相联系，帮助企业和个人加强对网络环境的信息安全和信息管理的意识。探讨社交网络的发展近况及其趋势，挖掘社交网络服务平台在日常生活中的重要性和现实意义，将高校用户群体作为社交网络的使用行为的分析主体，就高校用户群体展开社交网络的信任程度和社交网络信息的处理方式和自我保护的调查。研究方法主要采用理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法进行研究。首先通过信息渠道了解现在社交网络的发展现状以及发展的趋势，接着通过问卷和访谈法针对大学生群体进行调查，并提出结论和对解决问题的建议。

Abstract

The rapid development of the information age broaden our horizons， let us recognize the colorful world， bring every kind of information， strengthen the interoperability between the various Internet world can reach areas of exchange and information. Data show the popularity of smart phones and tablet devices in recent years， accelerated the rapid development of the social network， but we very difficult from the numerous information of social network determine the authenticity of the. This is the age of the Internet needs to face the trust issues.

This article from the perspective of college students of the entire social groups and trust in social networks， proposed in the virtual network service platform for information protection and screening， connect the research and real life， and help businesses and individuals to strengthen the management of the environment of the network security awareness and information. Discussion on social network development status and trends， mining the importance in daily life and practical significance of the social networking service platform， the user groups as a social network analysis of the main， the user groups launched investigation of social networks of trust and social network information processing and self protection. The research methods mainly use the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. First of all， through the information channels to understand the current situation and development trend of social networks， and then through the questionnaire and interviews for college students to investigate， and put forward the conclusions and suggestions for solving the problem.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

中国互联网络信息中心在2016年1月公布的关于中国互联网络发展状况的统计报告中显示，截至到2015年年底，我国网民数已经达到6.88亿人口，仅2015年一年内网民新增数量就达到3951万人。目前我国的互联网普及率达到50.3%，中国居民上网人数已经超过半数，较上一年年底提升2.4个百分点，如图1.1所示。中国互联网在整个发展过程里，网民数量不断增加，互联网也在人民生活中普及开来，现在互联网已经同经济社会更加紧密的联系在一起。与此同时，互联网也进一步影响了个人的生活方式，从原来的信息获取和沟通娱乐为需求的应用，发展到将交通出行、医疗保健、在线教育等公共服务融入到民生当中的现代服务体系。”互联网 ”战略的提出，大大地推动了互联网形态的演进，也带领着传统的互联网企业不断改革创新。在未来的十年、二十年，互联网云计算、物联网及大数据等高新技术会加速传统的手工制造业升级装型，从而形成基于互联网基础的经济新常态。信息化时代的高速发展开阔了我们的视野，让我们认识到了缤纷多彩的世界，带来了各式各样的信息，加强了世界各个互联网能够到达的地区之间的交流和信息的互通。
