摘 要

这几年来,网络购物越来越流行,人们生活节奏加快,这种足不出户就可以买到自己喜爱的商品的方式,给大家带来了很多便利,深深影响了人们的生活方式。随着网购市场竞争日益激烈,“为特定消费者提供个性化服务”的精准型营销模式得到了经营者的普遍认可。而精准型模式实施的前提就是掌握特定消费者的消费需求,于是经营者想尽各种办法获取消费者的个人信息,合理的利用信息可以给商家带来一定的的经济效益,但也有一些不法经营者泄露和侵害消费者的个人信息,使消费者的利益受到损害,使市场经济秩序受到干扰。

大学生作为一个特殊的群体,喜欢新鲜事物并且网上购物节省了很多时间,所以越来越多的在校大学生喜欢上了网购。但是大学生群体也因其特殊性,个人信息安全保护意识薄弱、维权意识弱,更容易遭受侵害。因此,在此背景下,对大学生网络购物时个人信息的安全保护进行调查,针对这一调查结果进行分析,对于改善我国网络购物环境、提高大学生个人信息安全保护意识具有重要的理论意义。

本文以成贤学院为案例,运用文献分析法,问卷调查法等研究方法,从商家非法收集使用消费者个人信息、非法泄露披露个人信息、非法交易消费者个人信息以及恶意程序盗取个人信息这四个方面叙述了网购过程中消费者个人信息存在的隐患,详细分析了这些隐患产生的原因,并针对发现的问题,分别从宏观层面、中观层面、微观层面提出了建议。宏观层面加快制定专门的法律及构建网络标准化体系,保障电子商务有序健康的发展;中观层面主要强调进一步强化商家和物流公司自律,加大监管力度;微观层面从消费者角度考虑,从加强法律知识宣传、增强自身保护意识、运用技术手段保护个人信息三个方面,加强消费者个人信息的自我保护。最后笔者对研究做了总结,并阐述了本文的不足之处。

Abstract

Over the past few years, online shopping has become more and more popular, and people’s life has been accelerating. Such a way that people can buy their favorite products without leaving home has brought us a lot of convenience and has deeply affected people’s lifestyle. With the increasingly fierce competition in the online shopping market, the precise marketing model of “providing personalized services to specific consumers” has been universally recognized by operators. The premise of accurate placement is to grasp the consumer demand of specific consumers. Therefore, operators try to obtain personal information of consumers in various ways. Reasonable use of information can bring considerable economic benefits to businesses, but some unscrupulous operators also disclose Infringement of consumer"s personal information has harmed the interests of consumers and disrupted the market economic order.

As a special group, college students are young and energetic. They are more willing to try new things and have a higher degree of acceptance on the Internet. As a result, more and more college students tend to shop online. However, because of their particularity, the group of college students are weak in awareness of personal information security protection and weak in awareness of rights protection, and are more vulnerable to infringement. Therefore, under this background, it is of great theoretical significance to investigate the security protection of personal information during college students" online shopping, and to analyze the results of this investigation, in order to improve our online shopping environment and improve the awareness of college students" personal information security protection.

This article takes Chengxian College as a case, using literature analysis methods, questionnaire survey methods and other research methods to illegally collect and use consumer personal information from operators, disclose illegal disclosure of personal information by operators, illegal trade of consumer personal information by operators, and malicious programs. The four aspects of theft of personal information describe the hidden dangers of consumer personal information in the process of online shopping. The causes of these hidden dangers are analyzed in detail. Based on the problems discovered, they are proposed from the macro level, the meso level, and the micro level. Suggest. At the macro level, it has accelerated the development of specific laws and the establishment of a network standardization system to ensure the orderly and healthy development of e-commerce; the meso-level level has mainly emphasized further strengthening the self-discipline of merchants and logistics companies and increased supervision; the micro level has been enhanced from the perspective of consumers. Promote the self-protection of consumer"s personal information in three aspects: publicizing legal knowledge, enhancing self-protection awareness, and using technological means to protect personal information. In the end, the author summarized the research and elaborated the deficiencies of this article.
