摘 要

随着科技发展,在线预约挂号为大多患者提供了便利,但对于老年人群,这种方式的接受程度仍不高。为了解老年患者对当今医院预约挂号方式的知晓程度和使用情况,本文通过采用随机抽样的方法,对60岁以上老年人进行问卷调查或访谈,根据收集到的信息以及国内外相关文献研究,构建出一个模型来研究老年患者在线预约挂号使用行为,分析影响老年患者在线预约挂号使用行为的因素,为提高老年人在就医挂号方面的便利提供思路。

结论:大部分被访者表示肯定在线预约挂号的便利性以及对此种挂号方式的倾向,但在使用时会受到各方面主观及客观因素的影响,导致接受程度并不高。老年患者尽管对智能产品不太熟悉,但通过家人的协助,可以实现网上挂号预约行为;通过医院现场服务人员的讲解和指导,可以使用自助机进行预约挂号。大部分受调查者表示愿意甚至期待学习如何进行在线预约挂号。(1)感知有用性与老年患者在线预约挂号使用频率、使用态度存在显著的正向关系;(2)感知易用性与老年患者在线预约挂号使用频率、使用态度存在显著的正向关系。(3)老年患者在线预约挂号使用频率与使用态度存在显著的正向关系。

建议与对策:加强老年人信息技术教育;开设老年预约挂号服务中心;预约挂号系统应具备更多适应老年人生活特点和使用习惯的便捷化功能;加强医院与患者之间的联系。

Abstract

With the development of information technology, online appointment registration has provided convenience for most patients. But for the elderly patient, this method is not well accepted. In order to understand the awareness and the use of appointment registration of elderly patients, this thesis, providing ideas of improving the convenience for the elderly, construct a model to study and to analyze the factors affecting the use of online appointment registrations of elderly patients, based on the collected data from relevant domestic and foreign literature research and questionnaire surveys or interviews for older people over the age of 60.

Conclusions: Most of the interviewees certain about the convenience of online appointment registration and tend towards it. However, this method is not well accepted because of various subjective and objective factors, resulting in low acceptance. Although they are not familiar with smart products, they can use this system with the assistance of others. Most of the respondents indicate that they would like to, even expect to, learn how to use appointment registration on the internet. (1) There is a significant positive relationship between perceived usefulness and the frequency and use attitude of online booking and use of elderly patients; (2) There is a significant positive relationship between perceived ease of use and the frequency and attitude of online appointment booking for elderly patients. (3) There is a significant positive relationship between the frequency of online booking appointments for elderly patients and their use attitudes.

Suggestions: Provide more education of information technology for the elderly; Establish an appointment registration service center for elderly patients; Appointment registration system should have more the convenience function, fitting the elderly; Strengthen the connection between hospitals and patients.
