天润城八街区居民出行特性分析

摘 要

随着人口和城市化区域不断的增长，人口城镇化的扩张，人民生活水平的提高，私家车的拥有量急剧增加，随之带来的就是拥堵问题，受到人们的广泛关注，成为城市热点。解决城市交通拥堵问题必须基于对于居民出行特征的研究。并且城市规划与交通规划互相影响，合理的交通规划能够促进城市的发展。交通规划应当首先基于居民出行特征展开，而后通过合理地规划用地类型和规模设计出符合城市未来发展的规划成果。

论文以天润城八街区为研究区域，以居民出行特征调查与分析为主要研究内容，结合小区入住率。采用问卷调查的方式，进行抽样调查，对出行频数、出行时间、出行方式、出行距离、出行目的、年龄、性别、收入等问题进行调查。运用数理统计方法，对调查所获得的数据进行整理。接着分别对天润城八街区小区居民的个体特征、居民的总体出行特征以及不同收入阶层的居民的出行特征进行分析，并用图表直观呈现出来。然后将各个特征两两组合进行交叉分析，总结小区居民出行的一般规律和存在的问题，分析影响居民出行的主要因素。

最后，在上述分析的基础上，对居民出行特征的未来走势进行展望，进行需求分析，并结合地铁三号线对居民出行的影响，对潜在交通隐患提出改善意见以及倡导新的科学合理的交通方式以，为城市用地、交通设施、基础服务设施以及用地功能合理组合提供依据。地铁出现后，提高其出行率，大力推行公共交通。

Abstract

Along with the city population and region growing, urbanization of population expansion, the improvement of people"s living standard, the amount of private car ownership has increased dramatically, the attendant is the congestion problems,people pay more and more attention to, become the hot city. To solve the problem of traffic congestion on the city must be based on the resident trip characteristics. And urban planning and traffic planning and influence each other, reasonable traffic planning can promote the development of the city.Traffic planning should be based on the characteristics of the resident trip, then through reasonable planning land use type and size of design to meet the future development of the city planning.

Taking Tianrun City eight district as the study area, the residents travel survey and analysis of the characteristics of the main research content, combined with the residential occupancy rate. By the way of questionnaire survey, sampling survey, conducted a survey of travel frequency, travel time, travel mode, travel distance, travel purpose, age, gender, income and other issues. Using the method of mathematical statistics, the survey data. Then analyze the characteristics of the individual, Tianrun City eight district residents the residents travel characteristics and different income levels of residents travel characteristics, and is displayed in diagrams. Then each characteristic of the two two combined cross analysis, summed up the community residents in general rules and problems, analysis of the main factors affecting the residents travel.

Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the characteristics of resident trip in the future is prospected, needs analysis, and combining with the metro line three of the affected residents to travel, to put forward suggestions for improvement and promotion of new scientific and rational mode of transportation to the potential danger to traffic, urban land use, transportation infrastructure, basic services and facilities and provide the basis for the reasonable combination of land function. Subway, improve the rate of travel, promoting public transportation.
