城市轨道交通站点慢行交通系统接驳水平评价研究

摘 要

慢行交通作为一种便捷、高效、绿色、环保的接驳交通方式,是接驳城市轨道交通、解决城市“最后一公里”出行问题的有效途径。本文鉴于此,本着“以人为本”的思想,构建了城市轨道交通站点慢行交通系统接驳水平评价的模型体系。

首先,明确城市轨道交通站点、慢行交通系统和慢行接驳影响区域的相关概念,进一步提出慢行交通系统接驳城市轨道站点的便捷性、安全性、舒适性的接驳要求,进而从轨道交通站点、慢行交通系统和出行者三个角度分别总结出慢行交通接驳水平的影响因素,并介绍常用的评价方法及其特点,为慢行交通接驳城市轨道交通的接驳水平综合评价提供理论准备。

然后,提出慢行接驳水平评价的原则和评价流程,根据本研究的实际情况采用层次分析法进行综合评价,并用此方法建立总目标为城市轨道交通站点慢行交通系统接驳水平,以三个慢行接驳要求为准则层,每个准则分别对应最低层四个指标的共12个评价指标的层次评价指标体系。最后,结合南京地铁1号线上百家湖地铁站的实例,运用实地调查、询问调查的方法统计计算各个评价指标的量化值,根据相关规范标准和实际情况制定其评价基准,采用德尔斐法确定指标权重,最终计算出总目标慢行接驳水平的数值,评定其等级。在对轨道站点周边慢行交通接驳系统调查与评价的基础上,确定了慢行道扩宽,慢行设施完善、慢行环境优化和慢行空间畅通4个改善方向,并基于CART算法建立了改善的决策树,研究了改善建设必要性的决策机制及相关决策的影响因素,并结合接驳水平得分情况和案例实际存在的问题,提出改善百家湖地铁站周边慢行接驳水平的具体建议。

Abstract

As a convenient, efficient, green and environmentally friendly access traffic mode, non-motorized traffic is an effective way to access urban rail transit and solve the problem of the "last mile trip". In view of this, based on the idea of “people-oriented”, this paper constructs a model system for evaluating the access level of the non-motorized transit system of urban rail transit stations.

Firstly, the relevant concepts of urban rail transit stations, non-motorized traffic systems and affected areas are clarified, and the access requirements including the convenience, safety and comfort of the non-motorized traffic system accessing urban orbital stations are further proposed. The influencing factors of the non-motorized access level are the rail transit station, the non-motorized traffic system and the traveler. It also introduces the commonly used evaluation methods and their characteristics to provide theoretical preparation for a comprehensive evaluation of the access level of the non-motorized transit to urban rail transit.

Then, the principle and evaluation process of the evaluation of the non-motorized access level are proposed, and the evaluation system is established. The analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the evaluation system whose target is the urban rail transit station non-motorized traffic system access level, with three access requirements as the criterion layer, and 12 evaluation indicators as index layer.

Finally, combined with the example of Bai Jiahu subway station in Nanjing Metro Line 1, the field survey and questionnaire survey methods are used to calculate the quantitative values of each evaluation index, and the evaluation criteria are determined according to the relevant norm standards and actual conditions, and each indicator is determined by Delphi method. The weight of the final target is calculated as the value of the non-motorized access level of the total target, the rating is evaluated. Based on the investigation and evaluation of the system, the sidewalk expansion, the facilities improvement, the environment optimization and the space smoothing are decided, and the CART algorithm is established. The improved decision tree, the decision-making mechanism for improving the necessity of construction and the influencing factors of relevant decision-making are studied. Combined with the connection level score and the actual problems of the case, the improvement of the non-motorized traffic access level around the Bai Jiahu subway station is proposed.
