摘 要

课题主要旨在研究合成(1S,4R)-4 – {[(1,1-二甲基乙氧基)羰基]氨基}-2-环戊烯-1-羧酸及其衍生物的合成,在衍生物的合成过程中,试用了几种不同的研究方法,主要有四种其衍生物的研究与合成,本文主要讲述了四种衍生物研究与合成的方法与过程,详细讲述了研究与合成时所需用到的合成原料,以及它的合成步骤,在实验过程中,出现的一些反应情况和一些问题,都做出了相应的探讨与解决问题的方法,在每个实验步骤过程中都有相应的数据研究和理论分析,以及产物的监测,做出自己的研究产品,做到理论与实际相结合的原理。中间体I的收率为46%,中间体II的收率为15%,中间体III的收率为19.4%,中间体IIII的收率为51%。

Abstract

The main subject of studies aimed at synthesizing (1S, 4R) -4 - Synthesis of cyclopentene-1-carboxylic acid and its derivatives [[(1,1-dimethylethoxy) carbonyl] amino] -2, during the synthesis of derivatives, tried several different methods, there are four main derivatives research and synthesis, this paper describes the methods and processes of the four derivatives and synthetic, detailed account of the research and synthetic materials used in the synthesis of the desired, and its synthesis step, during the experiment, some of the reaction conditions and some of the problems, and have made the appropriate discussion and problem-solving method, in each experiment step processWe have the appropriate data and theoretical analysis, and monitoring products, to make their own research products, to the principle of combining theory with practice. The yield was 46% of intermediate I, intermediate II yield of 15%, the yield of the intermediate III 19.4% yield, 51% intermediate IIII.
