我国工商银行理财产品发展趋势探析

摘 要

改革开放三十多年,我国人民拥有的财富不断增加,生活水平也不断提高,理财观念也随之发生了巨大的变化。人们开始追求更多的投资组合渠道以促进资产的升值,而不是单纯地把钱存入银行。另外,股票市场的低迷和人民币的贬值也使理财产品成为了人们关注的焦点。再加上外资银行资金实力雄厚、经营机制灵活,并且有着十分丰富的管理经验,要想与它们争夺优质客户,各大商业银行不能再仅仅依靠存贷利差获取利润,只能寻求新的利润增长点。个人理财业务凭借其覆盖范围广、风险相对较小、收入较为稳定且附加值高等独特优势,成为了各大商业银行寻求生存与发展的必然道路。

在国内各商业银行中,工商银行是首个推出个人理财产品的银行之一,作为银行业“巨头”,在这样的背景下,如何应对竞争激烈的市场环境,抓住优质客户,获取市场并提高自身竞争以获取更大利润,成为了工商银行迫切需要研究并解决的问题。

本文重点探讨并分析我国工商银行的发展趋势。首先,交代了研究背景及意义、相关概念界定和国内外文献综述;其次,运用定性分析和定量分析相结合以及比较分析法对我国工商银行理财产品市场的发展现状及其存在的问题进行研究,发现其存在的问题主要有产品创新不足、同质化现象严重,市场定位不准,理财经理专业性有待提高等;最后提出解决问题的对策和建议。

Exploration On the Trend Of Financial Products Of Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China

Abstract

Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, Chinese people's wealth has been increasing, and their living standards have been improving. Instead of simply putting money in the bank, people are pursuing more portfolio channels to promote asset appreciation. In addition, the downturn of the stock market and the devaluation of the RMB also makes wealth management products become the focus of people's attention. Additionally, foreign Banks have strong capital strength, flexible operation mechanism and rich management experience. If they want to compete with them for high-quality customers, major commercial Banks can no longer only rely on deposit and loan interest rate spread for profits, but can only seek new profit growth points. Personal finance business, with its unique advantages of wide coverage, relatively small risk, stable income and high added value, has become an inevitable way for major commercial Banks to seek survival and development.

In domestic commercial Banks, ICBC is the first to launch one of the bank of personal finance products, as a "giant" in the banking industry, in this context, it has become an urgent issue for industrial and commercial bank of China to study and solve the problem of seizing high-quality customers, acquiring market and improving its own competition to obtain more profits.

This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the development trend of industrial and commercial bank of China. Firstly, the research background and significance, definition of related concepts and literature review at home and abroad are explained. Secondly, by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and comparative analysis, this paper studies the development status and existing problems of the financial product market of ICBC in China, and finds that the existing problems mainly include insufficient product innovation, serious homogenization, inaccurate market positioning and the need to improve the professionalism of financial managers. Finally, the countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.

研究背景及意义

近年来,随着人均收入水平的不断提高,人民的理财需求也随之增加。且由于股票市场低迷、人民币贬值和外资银行的压力,传统的存贷利差模式给商业银行带来的利润已经难以支撑商业银行的生存和发展。伴随着个人理财业务的各项优点逐渐被发现,个商业化银行开始越来越注重个人理财业务的研发和推广,政府也出台了相关的政策和法律法规来对理财产品市场加以引导和规范。理财产品的出现使得各商业银行的盈利模式发生了巨大的变化,个人理财业务逐渐成为各银行的主要利润来源。

我国工商银行作为国内商业银行的巨头,其个人理财业务在国内起步较早,属于第一批发展个人理财业务的银行之一。目前,工商银行的理财产品占有较大的市场份额,处于行业领先地位。但是要注意到的是,工商银行当下推出的数量巨大的理财产品,仍存在诸多不足之处,还不能够满足不同人群的理财需求。且随着互联网金融的深入发展,金融市场的不断开放,工商银行的发展正面临着挑战和机遇。利用好互联网进行智慧转型,推进理财产品零售业务极为重要。想要在竞争日益激烈的理财产品市场保持领先,占领客户市场,走上可持续发展道路,就要对工商银行理财产品发展趋势进行深入研究,发现其存在的具体问题并找到解决对策。进过探讨和分析发现:贡萨和那个银行想要在当下赢得优质客户,增强自身竞争优势,就必须在同质化严重的理财产品市场另辟蹊径,打造个人专属品牌,形成属于工商银行的独特企业文化,将理财产品向个性化、差异化方向发展。
