Abstract: In this experiment, the “Reddish” grape variety was used as a test material, and a controlled test of high-humidity treatment of the test materials by various stress days was designed through an artificial climatic box, and (due to different humidity stress tests and recovery tests in a low-light environment), the grape leaves were measured. The maximum net photosynthetic rate, relative chlorophyll content, and protective enzyme content were studied to investigate the effects of high humidity stress on grape senescence and photosynthetic characteristics under weak light conditions. The results of the experiment showed that: (1) Low light conditions, high humidity stress on the facilities The photosynthetic characteristics of the grapes were inhibited. With the increase of high humidity, the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b showed a decreasing trend, and the chlorophyll a/b showed a wavy upward trend. (2) High-humidity stress accelerates senescence, and with the increase of high humidity, protective enzymes: catalase (CAT) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase ( SOD) content increased. (3) The higher the degree of high-humidity stress was, the longer the grape plants recovered to a level comparable to that of the control CK after resuming treatment; severe high-humidity stress was difficult to return to the control level. (4) With the increase of the degree of high humidity stress and the prolongation of time, the damage of grape victims is more serious, 75% of humidity has no significant effect on grapes; 85% of high humidity has caused damage to grape plants, and 95% of high humidity damages grape plants. The most serious. Integrating the recovery status of grape after different humidity stress and evaluating the comprehensive index SI value, the low-light and high-humidity disasters of facility grapes were classified into: non-hazard level (75% humidity 3~9d, 85% humidity 3~6d), mild Disaster (75% humidity 9~12d, 95% humidity 3d), moderate disaster (75% humidity 15d, 85% humidity 9~12d, 95% humidity 6d), severe disaster (85% humidity 15d, 95% humidity 9~ 15d).
