摘 要

民以食为天，每天的生活都离不开鸡鸭鱼肉，油炸食品、冻品，人们在追求口味的提升之外还注重食品的来源、食品的新鲜性。因为副食品、冻品具有易腐性、鲜活性、保质性的特点，而且还要在时间窗内完成对顾客的货物配送，时间窗是一个限制物流配送的一个重要因素，在时间窗外完成配送任务可能会造成客户满意度下降的后果，增加产品的保温时间又会影响冷链运输车辆的油耗、延长推迟配送完成到达时间，所以能否在时间窗内完成配送而且要尽量减少额外的开销是企业要考虑的重要课程！如今各企业想满足人们的需求越来越难，这对于一个相关企业的发展是一个比较有难度的挑战！不过挑战与机遇并存，想要完成这样的任务并且满足所有要求我觉得最重要的是在于企业能否规划好一个优质的配送路线。

冷链物流配送路径是配送程序的“指南针”，它规定了企业配送行为目标的先后性。其实现如今我国的冷运车辆技术不够超前，数量也远远不够达到一定规模，运输配送的网络设计也不够合理。怎样考虑各种因素，怎样选择恰当的配送路线，才能有效地节约开支，降低成本，提高效益，这已经成为现阶段发展冷链物流的最重要的任务，如果把冷链物流配送的路线规划好，那可以帮助企业节省费用，加快货物的流通，增加物流企业的收益。这就证明了冷链物流配送优化决策对于整个冷链物流系统的优化的重要性。

本文在了解春霞农副产品配送网络的基础上，考虑时间窗进行的限制，运用枚举法对多个不同客户目标进行分析求解，得到可以解决多个目标配送车辆的路径优化问题方案。

Abstract

Daily life is inseparable from chicken and duck fish, Fried food and frozen products. People also pay attention to the source of food and the freshness of food in addition to the promotion of taste.Because, frozen food product has the characteristics of perishable, fresh, with good quality, but also within the time window to complete the delivery of the goods to the customer, time window is a restricted distribution of an important factor, in the time out of the window distribution task might be the consequences of a decline in customer satisfaction, increase product heat preservation time and affect the cold-chain transport vehicle fuel consumption, the extension of the delayed delivery to complete the arrival time, so it can be completed within the time window distribution and try to minimize the extra overhead is important to consider courses!Nowadays, it is more and more difficult for enterprises to meet people"s needs, which is a difficult challenge for the development of a related enterprise!However, challenges and opportunities exist side by side. To accomplish such a task and meet all the requirements, I think the most important thing is whether the enterprise can plan a high-quality distribution route.

The cold chain logistics distribution path is the "compass" of the distribution program, which stipulates the priority of the enterprise distribution behavior.In fact, nowadays, the cold transportation technology in China is not advanced enough, and the quantity is not enough to reach a certain scale, and the network design of transportation and distribution is not reasonable enough.How to consider various factors, how to choose the right distribution route, can effectively save money, reduce costs, improve efficiency, it has become the most important tasks of present development of cold chain logistics, if the cold chain logistics distribution route planning is good, it can help enterprises to save costs, speed up the circulation of goods, increase the income of the logistics enterprises.This proves the importance of the optimization of cold chain logistics distribution in the optimization of the whole cold chain logistics system.

Understand ChunXia agricultural and sideline products distribution network is presented in this paper, on the basis of considering the limited time window, using the enumeration method to analyze multiple target different customers, get can solve the problem of multiple target distribution vehicle path optimization scheme.
