张家港德积镇韵达快递的现状及改进研究

摘 要

张家港作为一个新兴的城市，物流是发展中的重点方面，物流产业的作用越来越巨大，已经成为了促进国民经济的重要组成部分和新的增长点。在物流产业中，城乡物流也随着大物流产业的发展持续发展。韵达快递就是在此大环境下发展起来的物流企业，企业的重点是相关千家万户的快递业务。韵达快递在网点分步、各级代理管理、收件派件方式，都与大城市有一定的差别，所以在管理上会有一定的差别，不可照搬。在此背景下，本文结合文献阅读法、调查问卷法对张家港德积镇韵达快递各方面的现状进行深入研究和思考。本文通过对韵达快递的总部、代理商和快递员都进行了详细的调查和研究，发现其相互之间矛盾以及根本性问题。研究表明，韵达快递在总部对代理商的管理和代理商对快递员的管理都存在缺陷和不足，部分职能混乱导致不能列出完整的管理树状图。本文还对韵达快递的服务质量进行了重点调查，并与其它快递公司相比较得出不足部分，来进行相应的改进。

Research on The Status And Improvement of Deji Town in ZhangJiaGange

Abstract

As an emerging city, Zhangjiagang is a key aspect of development. The role of the logistics industry is becoming more and more important. It has become an important part of promoting the national economy and a new growth point. In the logistics industry, urban and rural logistics has continued to develop with the development of the large logistics industry. Yunda Express is a logistics enterprise developed under this environment. The focus of the company is on the express delivery business of thousands of households. Rhyme Express is step by step in the network, agent management at all levels, and the method of receiving parts. It is different from the big cities, so there will be certain differences in management, and it cannot be copied. In this context, this paper combines the literature reading method and the questionnaire method to conduct in-depth research and thinking on the current situation of all aspects of Zhangjiagang Deji Town Yunda Express. Through detailed investigation and research on the headquarters, agents and couriers of Yunda Express, this paper finds contradictions and fundamental problems. The research shows that Yunda Express has defects and deficiencies in the management of agents at the headquarters and the management of agents on the couriers. Some of the functions are confused and the complete management tree diagram cannot be listed. This paper also conducted a key investigation on the service quality of Yunda Express, and compared with other courier companies to obtain the shortcomings to make corresponding improvements.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

电商平台的迅速发展，快递行业的发展也迎来了良好的契机。随着经济的发展及人民生活水平的提高，伴随着电子商务的发展，我国广大农村的快递服务也在快速地发展，让快递企业愿意走出城市，走进村镇，提高农村快递服务的发展水平，以满足农村居民的物质需求，不仅仅是我国快递行业需要解决的问题，也需要政府的扶持，交通、通信等各方面也要大力支持。韵达快递在张家港德积镇网点分布密集，已经形成了一个较为成熟的体系。从收件、运输、分拣以及派送等步骤已经基本成熟，但是仍然有不足的地方，比如网点分布密度、管理成效、人员素质等。

本文针对韵达快递在德积镇的现状和进行全面地解读和分析，并指出其完善之处和不足之处，并对需要改进的地方进行全面地分析。因此，在此背景下，对大学生在线社交服务的用户行为特点进行调查，针对这一调查结果进行分析，具有对现状的深入理解和对未来发展改善的意义，可以根据现状预测未来发展状况，紧跟时代的脚步，对变化能够做出灵活的变动。

伴随着“互联网＋”运动的持续推进，电子商务在乡镇中的业务量也是姐姐攀升，这也使相关物流产业在乡镇业务得到极大的刺激，为乡镇快递产业的发展带来了极大的机遇。张家港德积镇是一个新兴乡镇，电子商务和快递业务的快速发展不仅能够便利群众的日常生活，还能给地区经济带来极大的增长，进一步提高群众的消费水平，对建设社会主义新乡镇有重要的意义。
