摘 要

随着国内印染行业的迅速发展,其带来的污废水量也在逐年攀升,解决印染废水处理问题首要从工厂印染流程出发,研究每一步骤是否会产生废水,产生何种类型的废水。根据印染废水的特征,了解了污水处理的基本工艺,并着重分析了深度处理的几种方法,由此寻找一条工艺路线可以使印染废水最终达到排放标准。

根据水质特征确定了一套以生物接触氧化法为主体的工艺,本工艺有如下特点:首先利用水解酸化预处理提高废水的B/C值,再用BOD负荷较高的生物接触氧化法作为主要处理手段,最后针对主体工艺较难去除的SS设立一个高密度沉淀池,最终出水水质中CODCr达到了200mg/L,BOD5达到了50mg/L,SS也达到了100mg/L,符合接管标准。估算工程投资为622.76万元,预计每m³处理成本约为0.73元。

最终,根据计算结果绘制了8张平面图,高程图,大样图等A1图纸,对构筑物剖面图不同的面分别展示,各个部位尺寸进行了标注,使整个设计更直观地展现了出来。

Abstract

With the rapid development of the domestic printing and dyeing industry, the amount of sewage generated by it has also increased year by year. To solve the problem of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, we should start from the factory printing and dyeing process to study whether each step will produce wastewater and what kind of wastewater will be produced. According to the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater, the basic process of sewage treatment was understood, and several methods of advanced treatment were analyzed. Therefore, finding a process route can finally achieve the discharge standard of printing and dyeing wastewater.

According to the characteristics of water quality, a set of bio-contact oxidation method was established. The process has the following characteristics: firstly, the B/C value of wastewater is improved by hydrolysis acidification pretreatment, and the biological contact oxidation method with higher BOD load is used as the main The treatment method finally sets up a high-density sedimentation tank for the SS which is difficult to remove by the main process. The CODCr reaches 200mg/L, the BOD5 reaches 50mg/L, and the SS also reaches 100mg/L, which meets the take-over standard. The estimated project investment is 6.237 million yuan, and the estimated processing cost per m3 is about 0.73 yuan.

Finally, according to the calculation results, 8 plans, elevation maps, large sample drawings and other A1 drawings were drawn, and the different faces of the structure are shown separately, and the dimensions of each part are marked to make the whole design more intuitive.
