热源塔热泵技术适应性与经济性研究

摘 要

热源塔热泵技术是一种新型热泵技术,夏季以水作为工作介质与空气进行热质交换,冬季则将水更换防冻溶液,从空气中吸取热量。热源塔热泵技术不仅能克服空气源热泵技术蒸发器冬季运行时易于结霜的问题,而且受地质条件的限制较小,应用前景非常广泛。对于热源塔热泵系统来说,环境参数如室外干球温度,相对湿度等均会对其运行过程造成影响,不同的气候条件下其运行工况会有很大的不同。为此,本文研究了各气候分区下典型城市热源塔热泵系统的适应性和经济性。对于典型城市热源塔热泵技术适应性分析及评价以办公建筑为例,通过建立热源塔热泵的系统仿真模型,结合当地的气候特征参数计算严寒地区(大连,呼和浩特),寒冷地区(北京,西安),夏热冬冷地区(杭州,南京),夏热冬暖地区(广州,福州),温和地区(昆明)九个城市应用热源塔热泵系统的运行能效,得出了热源塔热泵技术的适用范围;对于典型城市热源塔热泵技术经济性分析及评价以办公建筑为例,与冷水机组 锅炉,空气源热泵系统进行比较,研究分析了温和地区(昆明),夏热冬暖地区(广州),夏热冬冷地区(南京),寒冷地区(北京)采用三种方案的经济性,结果表明热源塔热泵系统虽然比其他方案初投资增大,但全年可节约运行费用高,静态回收期短,适宜在以上地区进行推广。本文的研究可为热源塔热泵技术的在全国范围内的应用提供参考。

Abstract

Heat source tower heat pump technology is a new type of heat pump technology. In summer, water is used as working medium to exchange heat and mass with air. In winter, water is replaced with antifreeze solution to absorb heat from air. Heat source tower heat pump technology can not only overcome the problem that air source heat pump evaporator is easy to frost in winter, but also is less restricted by geological conditions, so it has a wide application prospect. For heat source tower heat pump system, environmental parameters such as outdoor dry bulb temperature and relative humidity will affect its operation process, and its operation conditions will vary greatly under different climatic conditions. Therefore, this paper studies the adaptability and economy of typical urban heat source tower heat pump systems in different climatic zones. Analysis and evaluation of technical adaptability of heat source tower heat pump in typical cities Taking office buildings as an example, the system simulation model of heat source tower heat pump is established, and the local climate characteristic parameters are used to calculate the very cold areas (Dalian, Hohhot), cold areas (Beijing, Xi'an), hot summer and cold winter areas (Hangzhou, Nanjing), hot summer and warm winter areas (Guangzhou, Fuzhou), mildly. The application scope of heat source tower heat pump technology is obtained by applying the energy efficiency of heat source tower heat pump system in nine cities of Kunming District. Taking office buildings as an example, comparing economic evaluation with chillers boilers and air source heat pump systems, this paper studies and analyses the temperate areas (Kunming), hot summer and warm winter areas (Guangzhou) , hot summer and cold winter areas (Nanjing), and cold areas (Beijing). The results show that although the heat source tower heat pump system invests more than other schemes at the beginning, it saves operation cost and has a short static payback period, which is suitable for popularization in the above areas. This study can provide reference for the application of heat source tower heat pump technology in the whole country.
