配电网可靠性评价方法的研究

摘 要

电力市场化使得用户对电源质量和电源可靠性的要求越来越高。因此,提高直接面向终端用户的电力传输网络的可靠性,为用户提供更安全,更可靠和更高质量的电力是供电企业追求的目标。与此同时,能源和环境危机的影响使发电方式变得更加多样化。利用能源发电的分布式发电技术凭借其灵活的发电和环保优势,已成为保护环境的国家环境。对于排队和可持续发展的重要措施之一受到了前所未有的关注。因此,越来越多的分布式发电开始在中低压配电网络中连接,原有的配电网机制及其运行方式发生了重大变化,这使得研究分布式供电接入配电网的可靠性影响非常重要。

本论文的主要工作如下:

(1)简单介绍了配电网可靠性的背景和意义,以及现如今国内外配电网的发展现状;

(2)介绍了配电网可靠性的基本概念,并介绍了一些配电网可靠性的评价方法的相关理论:解析法、模拟法、智能算法、混合法;

(3)贝叶斯理论在对可靠性评估时的应用,并进行了算例分析。

Research on Reliability Evaluation Method of Distribution Network

Abstract

With the process of marketization of power supply, users have higher and higher requirements for the quality and reliability of power supply. Therefore, it is the goal of power supply enterprises to improve the reliability of power transmission network directly facing end users, to provide users with more secure and reliable, and to provide more high quality electric energy. At the same time, the mode of power generation has become more diversified by the impact of energy and environmental crisis than before, and the distributed power generation technology using energy for power generation has become environmentally friendly to protect the environment by virtue of its flexible power generation mode. One of the important measures of energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development has received unprecedented attention. So, the more and more The more distributed power generation begins to be connected in the medium and low voltage distribution network, and the original distribution network mechanism and its operation mode have undergone great changes, which makes it very important to study the reliability impact of distributed power access distribution network.

The main work of this paper is as follows:

(1) the background and significance of distribution network reliability are briefly introduced, and the development status of distribution network at home and abroad is also introduced,

(2) the basic concept of distribution network reliability is introduced, and the related theories of some evaluation methods of distribution network reliability are introduced: analytical method, simulation method, intelligent algorithm and hybrid method,

(3) the application of Bayesian theory in reliability evaluation method, and an example is given.

1.1课题的背景与意义

DG分布式电源在解决能源可持续性,能源利用的多样性问题有明显的作用。新世纪电力工业发展的趋势就是DG与大电网相结合。近年来,我国冷热电联产在众多城市和乡村己经投入运行,DG在我国的应用逐步展开,降低其并网对配电网带来的不利影响,不仅是电力系统的一种重要补充形式,并且能够合理分配能源。

能源危机和环境压力是各国的迫切问题。它不仅严重制约了经济发展,而且影响了国家的经济安全和国家安全。各国已针对自身情况制定了相关的能源战略。长期以来,火力发电占据了中国电力工业的主导地位,占发电总量的75%左右。煤炭,石油和天然气等不可再生化石燃料的消费加剧了环境污染。目前,国家大力倡导节能减排,低碳环保,可持续发展。因此,低污染再生清洁能源的发电使用和发展对节能减排和环境保护具有重要意义。这也促进了可再生技术,包括光伏和风力发电。中国新能源发电技术快速发展的重要原因之一。
