工程车排出板分总成有限元建模及静动态特性分析

摘 要

(1)查阅国内外有关垃圾车排出板研究的相关资料,了解排出板的结构特点和工作机理,然后看看目前国内外的学者对排出板的研究到了一个什么样的程度,以对本次毕设的工作内容有所估计。

(2)根据已有的二维垃圾车排出板工程图,在Solidworks中建立分总成三维模型,然后对分总成三维模型进行装配,最后得到一个完整的装配体。

(3)把排出板装配体模型导入Hypermesh中,在这个有限元前处理软件中进行几何清理,中面抽取,网格划分,然后定义材料属性,厚度还有壳单元类型。

(4)把在Hypermesh中建立的有限元模型导入Ansys中进行有限元分析,通过模态分析确定固有频率及振型图,然后再通过对模型加约束和载荷进行静力分析,得到应力云图,并据此对排出板结构进行优化设计。

Finite element modeling and analysis of static and dynamic characteristics of the discharge plate of engineering vehicle

Abstract:Discharge plate is an important part of the garbage truck. The quality of it has a very important impact on the performance of the garbage truck.In this article, the method of mechanical structure analysis is used based on the angle of the kinematics and dynamics of the discharge plate.The three-dimensional model of the discharge plate is established and the virtual assembly is built.Then the CAE model is established.The finite element analysis was carried out in ANSYS.The corresponding load is added to its different places to observe its strain.We find the place where the stress is maximum and analyse its static performance.Finally according to the results of finite element analysis,modal characteristics of the model are obtained.This provides a basis for further optimization.These study provides a basis for further optimization.

This paper mainly completes the following work:

  1. By access to domestic and foreign relevant information about the research of waste dump,we understand the structural characteristics and working mechanism of the discharge plate.Then take a look at the current domestic and foreign scholars on the discharge board to the extent of the study to estimate the completion of the work of this work.
  2. According to the existing two-dimensional garbage truck discharge plate engineering plans,establish the three-dimensional model of the sub assembly in Solidworks.Then on the assembly of 3D model assembly,at last, a complete assembly is obtained.
  3. The discharge plate loading ligand model into Hypermesh,geometric cleanup in the finite element pre-processing software,middle surface extraction,grid division,then define the material properties,thickness and shell element type.

(4)The finite element model was introduced into Ansys to carry out finite element analysis in Hypermesh.Determining natural frequencies and modes of vibration by means of modal analysis,then the static analysis of the model is carried out by adding constraints and loads to the model,wo can get stress cloud image,and the structure of the discharge plate is optimized according to the above.
