Abstract: In our country, there are many non-standard production equipment enterprises, such as parts and components are designed to leak, equipment assembly is not rigorous, design order processing is not careful, etc.. Aiming at solving these defects, this paper in the waste water processing equipment was studied as an example, introduces the technology of Solidworks, Zhihua equipment is the key part of the treatment to alleviate the equipment in the production of non-standard problems. In the study, through the analysis of the performance of the module, a set of evaluation system for the key parts is formed. Based method to explore the parameters, by means of programming, the establishment of specific parts of the 3D parametric modeling system, in the system and parts are coded one by one, this code with uniqueness, in three modeling thought, equipment and components to establish a contact, can be achieved by changing the code attribute, and change the properties of basic parts and components for the purpose of. In addition, this paper also studies the operation mode of assembly automation, design the running model of assembly automation, the equipment in various parts of the assembly sequence is ordered to do, through the programming of the order, parts and components to achieve automatic assembly. In this automation process, it can realize the design of equipment drawing, the control of basic parts and the effect of automatic assembly. Based on this can be used for wastewater treatment equipment in the CAD based on the realization of the specific parameters of the assembly and intelligent, to provide a substantial theoretical basis. The success of this research can make up the short board of the enterprise equipment production, improve the output and the qualified rate of the enterprise equipment.
