家用空调孔堵盖注塑件模具设计

摘 要

随着塑料产品在各个领域的广泛应用,人们对产品的质量要求也不断提升。传统的依据经验进行注塑模具设计和工艺调试的方法,越来越不能满足结构复杂、质量要求高的注塑件生产要求,CAE技术的应用给注塑模具和工艺的开发带来了新的思路,同时能够缩减产品开发周期、节约成本及提高生产效率。本文以某款空调堵盖为研究对象,运用CAD设计及有限元数值模拟手段对注塑模进行合理设计。本文主要研究内容如下:首先介绍了注射成型模具的发展和选题的背景与意义,接着分析零件的工艺性,初选注塑机及其校核,对注射模的基本结构进行设计,利用UG软件设计出3D模型,在模具设计过程中借助Moldflow模流分析软件进行注塑成型过程分析,预测各设计方案成型过程中可能存在的缺陷,进而设计出合理的注塑模具结构。

Abstract

With the wide application of plastic products in various fields, people's requirements for product quality have been constantly improved. Traditional methods of design and process debugging of injection mould based on experience are increasingly unable to meet the production requirements of injection parts with complex structure and high quality requirements. The application of CAE technology brings new ideas to the development of injection mould and process, and can reduce the product development cycle, save costs and improve production efficiency. In this paper, a certain type of air conditioning cover is taken as the research object, and the injection mold is reasonably designed by CAD design and finite element numerical simulation. This article main research content is as follows: first of all, this paper introduces the development of injection molding and the selected topic background and significance, then the analysis technology of components, injection molding machine and its primary check, the basic structure of the injection mould design, using UG software to design 3 d model, in the mold design process using Moldflow mold flow analysis software for injection molding process analysis, prediction of possible defects in the design scheme of forming process, and then design the reasonable structure of injection mold.
