摘 要

伴随着现代物流速度的加快,市场的变化也更加迅速。在制造企业中,按物料需求的采购并将到货原材料及时入库以供应生产线制造是企业日常经营管理中必不可少的组成部分。A公司作为一家从事各类电动工具研发、生产、测试和国际市场营销的专业性制造企业,整个公司每天会采购大量原材料,并且供货供应商数量多,采购的原材料类型从普通注塑件到冲压件再到精密的机加工件都有所涉及。因此,将这些种类繁多,数量巨大的原材料能够按照公司要求,从收料到原材料完全入库耗时最短,即对原材料入库及时性进行研究是很有实际指导意义的。本文在考虑库存受控的前提下,对整个入库流程进行了现场调研,并结合对来料时间与入库流程时间的数据处理,分析了部分原料未及时入库的具体原因。最后结合A公司实际情况,运用精益原则和业务流程再造知识,对A公司原材料入库流程进行改善,同时,对入库流程的上下游环节的供应商到货管理和仓库管理提出了改善方案,使物料从收货码头收料开始到原材料运送至事业部原材料仓库的整体入库耗时最短,收料、检验、接收、入库几个环节达到总到货批次均衡,并同步改善原材料收料到入库的物流效率,减少整个入库流程停滞,提高入库及时率,为公司保障产线生产,快速响应客户订单,应对市场变化提供了有力的保障。同时,在当今供应链模式下,国内对于原材料入库方面的研究非常少,本文以A公司原材料入库及时性研究为例,推动我国关于原材料入库方面的研究脚步。

Abstract:With the accelerating speed of modern logistics, the market changes more quickly. In manufacturing industries, according to the material requirements of the procurement and the timely arrival of raw material storage to supply the production line manufacturing enterprise daily management an essential component. A company as a company engaged in various kinds of electric tools development, production, testing, and international marketing of professional manufacturers, the company will purchase the entire day, a lot of raw materials, suppliers and service quantity, procurement of raw materials from the ordinary type of injection to the press member and then precision machined parts are covered. Therefore, these wide range of large quantities of raw materials are required by the company from closing fully expect raw material storage shortest time-consuming, that raw material storage timeliness of research is very practical guiding significance. In this paper, considering the stock controlled the premise of the entire storage process on-site research, combined with the storage time of the incoming flow time data processing, analysis of the specific reasons for some raw materials not timely warehousing. 课题背景及意义

随着科学技术的飞速发展和全球化大市场的日趋成熟,使企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,这就要求现代企业能够根据市场情况的变化迅速作出反应,因此对供应链上每一个环节的管理显得尤为重要。如果企业要取得竞争优势,必须结合自身的具体情况尽快地整合各种资源、减少浪费、提高效率,从而全面提高企业管理水平。

在制造企业中,按物料需求的采购并将到货原材料及时入库以供应产线生产是日常经营管理中必不可少的组成部分。伴随着现代物流速度的加快,市场的变化也更加迅速。当今的企业生产已经由传统的以制造为中心,以提高生产率,降低单件成本,提高产量为目标的传统企业资源计划 ERP,逐渐转向以供应链为核心,以客户需求为第一目标,进而指导来料入库和生产。这使得企业由传统的只重视企业的内部资源和孤立的生产控制,转变成提高入库及时性以保障生产,从而快速响应客户需求和市场变化。因此研究企业如何在供应链上实现从物料需求至采购再到及时入库的流程管理十分重要。
