摘 要

随着互联网技术的蓬勃发展，中小型企业结束了用纸与笔进行公司财务管理的时代。财务集成管理平台系统凭借其特有的便利性，低成本性，高健壮性，能对财务系统进行整体优化的能力和优化企业资源配置的能力，更有利于节约组织成本。财务资产集成办公平台采用B/C模式，能够为企业员工进行销售合同与资源采购申请的提交带来极大的方便，优秀的薪资管理系统，免去了财务部门员工大量的重复工作。对部门领导而言，这款办公平台提供了更直接的数据表达，能够更好的掌握公司整体的资金流动并对接下来的公司运作进行更好的统筹规划。因此，本文所开发和研究的财务资产集成办公平台具有一定的现实意义。

本次毕业设计主要利用IntelliJ Idea 开发工具来建立财务资产集成办公平台网站，相应的数据库后台为MySQL。后台代码使用Java语言与ssm框架进行开发，前端使用JSP与Vue进行设计与功能实现。该网站旨在通过更简约高效的提交与审批功能，自动化程度更高的薪资管理等功能为企业提供最优的财务办公平台使用体验。

The development and research of financial assets integrated office platform

Abstract

With the rapid development of Internet technology, small and medium-sized enterprises have ended the era of corporate financial management with paper and pen. With its unique convenience, low cost, high robustness, the ability to optimize the financial system as a whole and the ability to optimize the allocation of enterprise resources, the financial integrated management platform system is more conducive to the organization cost. The financial assets integration office platform adopts the B / C mode, which can bring great convenience for enterprise employees to submit sales contracts and resource purchase applications. The excellent salary management system avoids a lot of repetitive work of financial department employees. For department leaders, this office platform provides more direct data expression, which can better grasp the overall capital flow of the company and better plan the operation of the company. Therefore, the financial assets integrated office platform developed and studied in this paper has certain practical significance.

This graduation project mainly uses intelj idea development tool to establish the financial assets integration office platform website, and the corresponding database background is MySQL. The background code is developed by java language and SSM framework, and the front end is designed and implemented by JSP and Vue. The purpose of the website is to provide enterprises with the best experience of using financial office platform through more simple and efficient submission and approval functions, more automatic salary management and other functions.

第一章绪论

1.1研究背景及意义

在信息时代，一个具备一定规模的现代化公司，在其内部财务的运作过程中对信息资源共享和信息实时交流的要求越来越高，高效的集成办公平台将成为提高公司资金管理水平和办公效率，减少资源的消耗，提高公司运行水平的必不可少的手段和方法^[1]。

目前，不少公司在内部的采买管理上存在信息共享过慢，或不共享，造成管理层对所属部门控制不力，难以从公司整体发展角度来统一安排采购和工资发放活动，结果就是下属部门各自为政，各行其是，追求局部利益“最大化”，损害了公司的整体利益。财务资产集成办公平台的实现，将针对企业生产生活中产生的财务资产活动进行管理，对销售合同管理、企业资源采购、员工薪资进行一系列的整合和分析，便于领导更直观地查看资金流动，更好地掌控公司的财务情况。

1.2 相关研究现状

我国的财务资产集成办公平台从70年代起步，到现在已发展成为基于Windows平台的网络财务管理信息系统，其体系结构发展历程可分4个阶段，分别是单机结构、F/S结构、C/S结构、B/S结构。
