摘 要

随着我国改革开放的发展,国内的酒店服务业得到了日新月异的发展，国内的酒店服务业在经历着日新月异的发展。现代酒店作为标准化的待客场所，是作为一个旅游城市的重要窗口，当然也可以说是一个微缩型社会。作为一个以服务业为代表的重要产业，世界各国对此酒店业的重视程度毫不输给其它工业。

在信息化程度高度发达的今日，酒店制度也要随着时代的潮流进行更广泛、全面的改革。本"酒店管理系统设计”是基于jsp struts2平台框架，依靠Tomcat服务器，利用MyEclipse开发工具以及和SQL Server 2008数据库的基础上完成的。该体系每间客房的数据信息，可以同时完成预定、招待、结账、换房、押金，而且对于这些系统提供了更加详尽的查询功能，并且有完善的多用户安全体系，提供管理员和普通用户2种登录权限。保证在我国经济持续繁荣、信息时代日益更新的今天，服务行业依然蒸蒸日上。

Abstract:Since the reform and opening up, with the development of economy, China"s hotel industry is experiencing rapid development. Moderno Hotel as standard hospitality venues, is an important window as a tourist city, of course, can also be said that this is a miniature society.As an important industry in the service industry as the representative of the degree of attention, the world"s hotel industry without losing to other industries

In information highly developed today, the hotel system should also be along with the trend of The Times for a more extensive and comprehensive reform. My this hotel reservation management system "design" is based on JSP struts 2 platform framework, rely on the Tomcat Server, using the MyEclipse development tools, and SQL Server 2008 database on the basis of complete. Per room data information, the system can accomplish the at the same time, hospitality, invoicing, change rooms, deposit, and for these systems provide a more detailed query function, and have completed more than user security system, and provide the administrator and ordinary users login permissions. Ensure sustained economic prosperity, the information age in our country increasingly update today, service industry is still thriving.

前言

本酒店的客房管理信息系统，是针对酒店的实际业务而专门开发的，酒店业务的管理以前台管理为中心，为用户供给便捷、快捷、高质量的人性化服务，减免人为上的处理带来的繁琐与误差，高效、无误地体现酒店的各项情况，从而抬升酒店的服务质量，并组合现代化的酒店经营管理，从而得到更好的经济效益。

近年来，我国改革开放的进程不断加快，经济发达地区的酒店服务业获得了日新月异的发展。当代酒店作为一体化的出行旅游接待场所，是一个发展第三产业旅游业城市的重要观察窗口，也可以称之为是一个微型社会。这种以人性化服务为主的无烟工业，全球各国对此行业的重视程度丝毫不逊于其它工业。
