摘 要

高校党组织日常工作的重要组成部分是高校党务信息管理工作，实施党务管理数字化和信息化建设，是教育体制发展的必然趋势。高校工作的数字化和信息化开创了高校发展的新纪元，由于要适应高校新的发展趋势，解决传统高校党务管理模式的滞后，效率低，工作繁琐等基本问题，因而实施党务管理信息化和数字化建设已经迫在眉睫。

本论文主要实现党务信息系统，党组织日常工作协调等功能，不仅实现了党务工作的信息化和网络化，而且加强党组织之间的协作，大大加强党内工作的透明度和凝聚力。本文设计采用B/S架构的管理系统，实现对高校党务各项工作的统一管理。作者在本文中主要承担的工作包括：结合党务基本工作进行需求分析，确立系统功能，规划系统范围，确立模板所要完成的任务；系统构架的建立、设计内容与研究思路，数据结构的建立和工作流程的整体架构；搭建开发环境，提供开发平台，完成项目的编码和后续的测试工作。

Party affairs management information system design and development

Abstruct

The party organization of colleges and universities is an important part of the daily work of the party in colleges and universities information management work, the party affairs management digitization and informatization construction, is the inevitable developing trend of the education system. Work in colleges and universities of digitization and informatization ushered in a new era of university development, because the new development trend, to adapt to solve the traditional mode of university party affairs management lag, the efficiency is low, work the basic problems such as red, so the party affairs management informatization and digitization construction is imminent.

This thesis mainly realize the party information system, party organization coordinate daily work, and other functions, not only realizes the party functionaries of informatization and network, and strengthen the collaboration between the party organization, greatly enhance the transparency of party work and cohesion. In this paper, using B/S architecture design management system, realize the unified management of all work of the party affairs in colleges and universities. The author in this article main work includes: the basic working requirements analysis, combined with the party establishment system function, scope of planning system, establish a template to complete the task. The establishment of the system architecture, the design content and the research train of thought, the establishment of data structure and working process of the overall architecture; Build the development environment, provide development platform, encoding and subsequent test work to complete the project.
