基于IPV6的网络视频系统的设计与实现

摘 要

迅猛发展的互联网为视频网络的发展提供了强大的市场动力,视频网络应用是当代网络社会最火热的应用之一,而其中的流媒体的应用因其实时性强、可传输数据量大的特点成为应用最广的技术。但是现在的 Internet 因为“尽力而为”的特点已经没有办法去适应当前社会对网络的需求了,现在需要一个新的网络架构来满足当前协议没有办法满足的高效的传输速率和传输质量,本文将也会根据这一点,针对下一代网络协议 IPv6 对视频网络的应用进行研究。

随着时代的发展,IPv4 最大的问题在于其数量太少,已经不能满足当代技术的需求,互联网的发展遇到了瓶颈,因此 IPv6 的提出用来解决这一困境,IPv6 具有更广的地址空间、更快的报文处理速度,更好的 QoS 以及更大的可扩展性。本文研究了基于IPv6 的组播技术,在 IPv6 地址编制中没有广播的概念,只有组播和单播两种。由于流媒体的技术需要优质的传输质量和传输效率,因此组播的形式能够满足这两种需求。本文查询并分析了当前时代国内外关于 IPv6 协议新特性的研究、IPv6 组播的研究与应用和流媒体技术的研究。

这篇论文设计了一个基于IPv6 架构的视频流传输系统,将使用到一台服务器上传网络视频,一台客户端机器接受并播放这段视频,中间利用 IPv6 的组播流对视频流进行传输。这个视频流传输系统简单的模拟了当前 IPv6 协议在网络视频发展方面的优势。

ABSTRACT

To the development of video network,The rapid development and popularization of the Internet provides

a strong market power,the application of video network is one of the major application of modern network

society, of which the application of streaming media becomes the most widely used technology because of its

rapidity, the characteristics of large quantities of data.But nowadays the Internet because of the characteristics

of the "best effort mode" has been difficult to meet the demands of the development of streaming current ,in

order to meet its improve transmission efficiency and quality of new architecture and protocol are needed to

support, so this article will be based on the next generation of Internet features of streaming media

transmission technology were studied.

Along with the development of The Times, the function of the IPv4 already can not satisfy the needs of

modern technology, so the IPv6 is put forward to solve this dilemma, IPv6 has wider address space, faster

message processing speed , better QoS and greater extendibility. This paper studies the multicast technology

based on IPv6, no radio in IPv6 address establishment, the concept of multicast and unicast only. As a result of

the streaming media technology need high-quality transmission quality and transmission efficiency, so the

form of multicast can meet the demand of the two. At first, this paper collects and analyzes the current era of

domestic and foreign research on the new characteristics of IPv6, the research and application of IPv6

multicast and streaming media technology research.

This paper designed a streaming media on demand system , the system uses the IPv6 multicast way for

efficient distributed streaming media, built a streaming media on demand architecture using IPv6 multicast ,

including a service gateway for forwarding, client for receiving, server for sending and QoS domain can be

incorporated into multicast architecture. In the design of QoS, this article also uses the IPv6 on QoS

mechanism advantages, to provide users with flexible, configurable QoS service.
