中小学网络教育平台理论与实践研究

摘 要

传统教育模式存在缺陷。中西部地区的教育发展相对来说较为缓慢,存在诸多问题,如教育资源匮乏、师教团队渺小、教育内容结构不合理等等。东部地区教育发展虽然快速,但是学校教育有时并不能满足学生的需求。而中小学网络教育平台可以解决掉资源分配不平衡的问题,提高教学效率,扩大教学市场供给。但是网络教育平台忍让存在诸多问题,比如平台的运营销售成本和佣金水平高,各类平台之间存在不良的价格竞争;没有对教师资源和教学内容进行评估的方法,许多第三方人员和内容的进入使得网络教育平台的教学水平整体下降;暂时还不能建立一个可以激励教师与学生共享的机制,致使教学的内容有许多重复的地方,增加学生的选择成本。未来的中小学网络教育平台可以从以下几个方面进行改进:提升平台的课程质量,推出更系统、专业的课程;提高平台上课程中学生与教师的互动性,加强平台的硬件与服务实力,保证学生的学习效果;树立平台中的课程和平台的品牌,提升用户对平台认证权威性与公信力的认可;稳定客户流量,努力实现客户流量的价值化。

Abstract

There are defects in the traditional education model. The development of education in the central and western regions is relatively slow. There are many problems, such as lack of educational resources, small teacher and teacher teams, and unreasonable structure of educational content. Although the development of education in the eastern region is rapid, school education sometimes does not meet the needs of students. The network education platform in primary and secondary schools can solve the problem of unbalanced resource allocation, improve teaching efficiency, and expand the supply of teaching market. However, the network education platform forgives many problems, such as high marketing costs and commission levels, and there is vicious price competition between platforms; The lack of teachers and teaching content evaluation methods, the influx of a large number of third-party teachers and content has caused the overall decline in teaching standards; The failure to establish a shared ecological wit that fully motivates students and teachers leads to a large amount of repetition of teaching content, and students 'choice costs are too high. In the future, we can improve from the following aspects: improve the quality of courses, and withdraw from more systematic and professional courses; Improve the interactive nature of the course, strengthen the hardware and service strength, and ensure the learning effect; By establishing the curriculum and platform brand, enhance the authority and credibility of the platform certification; Lock customer traffic, realize the value of customer traffic.
