FDI在无锡产业间转移对就业的影响研究

摘 要

随着经济的不断发展，外商投资已成为影响国家经济发展的重要因素之一，而FDI与就业之间的关系也已经成为专家学者竞相研究的话题，尤其是在经济全球化的大背景下，中国国内不断有外国资本的流入，外资企业不断发展。本文旨在探讨FDI在第一、二、三产业间转移的状况对于就业的影响，选取了江苏省经济相对发达的城市——无锡作为研究对象，通过分析2009-2013年近五年来无锡的FDI实际利用额和实际就业量数据，以及建立回归模型探讨FDI在无锡产业间转移情况与当地就业之间的关系。结果表明，近年来无锡FDI不断从第一、二产业向第三产业转移，就业也主要从制造业向批发和零售业、住宿和餐饮业转移，其造成了当地就业率的提高，即FDI的转移对无锡近几年的就业有推动作用，并推动无锡就业构成比例的调整。

本文主要研究内容可分为以下几部分：第一部分为绪论，这部分主要描述本课题的选题背景及意义，文章主要的思路，研究内容，课题研究过程中的关键问题以及难点。第二部分为文献综述，这部分主要整合总结了专家学者在FDI产业转移、FDI在无锡产业分布转移情况等方面的相关研究，为接下来的文章内容分析提供理论支持。第三部分为无锡FDI产业转移及就业现状，这部分主要描述在我国FDI转移发展大背景下，无锡FDI在产业间转移的现状以及就业现状，通过大量数据制成图表分析近几年FDI在无锡产业间转移的具体趋势和现状，以及无锡产业就业的具体现状现状，并作出简单的总结。第四部分为实证检验，这部分主要是利用数据选取合理的变量建立合理的假设和回归方程，通过模型分析出近几年FDI在无锡产业间转移对就业的影响。第五部分为结果总结和具体化对策建议，这部分主要是将前几部分的结果进行系统化总结，提出文章可改进之处，并针对这些结果提出自己的对策和建议，指出无锡FDI的产业导向以及就业导向。

A STUDY ON EFFECTS ON EMPLOYMENT OF THE FDI TRANSFER AMONG INDUSTRIES IN WUXI

Abstract

With the continuous development of the economy, foreign investment has become one of the most important factors that affect the development of the national economy. And the relationship between FDI and employment also has become a hot research topic of scholars, especially in the context of economic globalization, there have been foreign capital inflows in the domestic of China, foreign enterprises continue to develop. This paper aims to explore the effects on employment of the FDI transfer among the first, the second or the third industry. We choose the city that the economy is relatively developed in Jiangsu Province, Wuxi, as the research object, to explore the relationship between FDI transfer and local employment in Wuxi industries through the analysis of the actual amount data of FDI and actual employment data in Wuxi during the last five years from 2009 to 2013 and the establishment of regression model. The results show that, in recent years, FDI of Wuxi continuously transfers from the first and the second industry to the third industry, the employment also transfers mainly from manufacturing to wholesale and retail, accommodation and catering industry, which causes the local employment rate increases. Therefore, FDI transfer has positive effects on the employment of Wuxi in recent years, and it promotes the adjustment of employment proportion in Wuxi.

The main research contents of this paper can be divided into the following several parts: the first part is the introduction. This part mainly describes the background and significance of this topic, the main idea, research contents, the key problems in the research process and difficulties. The second part is the literature review, this part mainly integrated summarizes the related research on FDI industrial transfer, FDI in Wuxi industrial distribution and transfer that experts and scholars focus on. It provides the theoretical support for the content of the next analysis. The third part analyzes the situation of Wuxi FDI industrial transfer and employment. In this part, the paper mainly describes the status of FDI transfer among three industries in Wuxi and employment status in the background of the transfer and development of FDI in China. Through a large amount of data and making the chart to analyze the specific trend and current situation of FDI industrial transfer in recent years in Wuxi, then it makes a simple summary. The fourth part is the empirical test. This part uses the data and selects reasonable variables to establish reasonable assumptions and the regression equation, and then analyzes the effects on employment of the FDI transfer between industries in Wuxi in recent years through the model. In the fifth part, the results are summarized and concrete suggestions are made up with. This part is mainly to make a systematic summary of the results and put forward the improvements and suggestions according to the results. Finally, the paper points out the guide of the industries of FDI and employment in Wuxi.

第一章 绪 论

1.1选题背景

自改革开放以来，中国的经济规模不断的发展壮大，其对全球经济的融入日益加大，国际竞争力也不断加强。在这样的经济全球化大背景之下，世界其他国家也陆续将经济投资的目标对象聚焦到了中国这个经济迅速发展，正冉冉升起的发展中国家。因此，中国成为了目前外商直接投资的最佳选择地之一，而无锡自古以来作为鱼米之乡，江苏省经济发展迅猛的二线城市之一，也是中国吸引外资较多的城市之一。作为我国的工商业名城，无锡更是被连续多年选为福布斯大陆最佳商业城市，可以说，无锡有着较为良好的经济发展基础以及产业发展条件，这些因素都能成为无锡吸引FDI的重要手段。

从改革开放1979年至2013年以来，无锡累计外商直接投资金额7，764，818万美元，实际使用外商直接投资金额累计4，413，541万美元，它以其特有的优势成功吸收了我国较多的FDI。在这段时间内，无锡的三次产业的比例也出现了较大变化的调整，第一产业比例严重下调，第二产业比例出现小幅度的减少，而第三产业却呈相反趋势，出现大幅度的比例上升情况。可以说，FDI推动了无锡的工业发展，同时无锡目前也正处于第三产业的发展高峰期。
