国际多式联运组织优化研究 ——以中集凯通公水联运为例

摘 要

随着全球化的发展和我国经济的不断进步,国际运输的货运量逐渐增大,在国际运输中常用到国际多式联运的运输方式,可以充分发挥交通运输系统的优势,提高运输效率。物流信息化、网络化的发展使运输过程的成本和效率受到物流行业越来越多的重视,运输过程的货运组织优化成为新的发展对象。对国际多式联运中的组织进行优化分析已经有了一定的发展,通过运用遗传算法的思想对建成的模型进行求解的研究也已逐渐发展成熟。

本文首先分析了研究背景和研究意义,通过阅读总结关于应用遗传算法解决运输组织优化问题的文献,总结了论文的重点和难点,并给出了全文的技术路线;总结了国际多式联运的现状和国际多式联运组织优化研究的现状,并系统分析了国际多式联运的特点、流程等内容;通过对国际多式联运业务流程和遗传算法原理及应用流程的分析,以国际多式联运业务为背景,构建了基于遗传算法的国际多式联运模型;最后以中集凯通物流发展有限公司(以下简称中集凯通)为例,将该公司的实际案例带入模型,通过条件约束总结出适用于中集凯通的国际多式联运中公水联运的货运组织优化模型,然后,运用遗传算法的思想,通过matlab软件进行编程,验证了本论文构建的模型对该公司国际多式联运业务组织优化有一定的实用性;论文最后总结了本文所做的工作和未来还需继续研究的领域。

通过本次论文给出的模型可以在实际应用中解决运输流程优化的问题,选择出最优的路线和运输方式,降低企业的运输成本,增加企业的运输效益和效率。

ABSTRACT

With the development of globalization and the constant progress of our country’s economy, the volume of internationally transported freight is gradually increasing. In international transportation, international multimodal transportation is commonly used, which can give full play to the advantages of the transportation system and improve the transportation efficiency. The development of logistics informatization and networking has brought more and more attention to the cost and efficiency of the transportation process in the logistics industry. The optimization of freight organization in the transportation process has become a new development target. The optimization and analysis of the organization in international multimodal transport have been developed. The research on solving the built model by using the idea of ​​genetic algorithm has also gradually matured.

This article first analyzes the research background and research significance, reads and summarizes the literature on the application of genetic algorithm to solve the optimization of transport organization, summarizes the key points and difficulties of the paper, and gives the technical route of the full text; summarizes the status of international multimodal transport And the status quo of international multimodal transport organization optimization research, and systematically analyzed the characteristics, processes, etc. of international multimodal transport; through the analysis of international multimodal transport business processes and genetic algorithm principles and application processes, the international multimodal transport business In the background, an international multimodal transport model based on genetic algorithms was constructed. Finally, taking CIMC Kaitong Logistics Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CIMC Kaitong) as an example, the actual case of the company was brought into the model, and the conditions were restrained. The freight organization optimization model applicable to CIMC Kaitong in the international multimodal transport of public water transport, and then using the idea of ​​genetic algorithm, through matlab software programming, verified the model built by this thesis on the company's international multimodal transport business. Organizational optimization has a certain degree of practicality; the paper concludes with a summary of the work done in this article. And future need to continue research field.

Through the model given in this paper, the optimization of the transportation process can be solved in practical applications, and the optimal route and mode of transportation can be selected to reduce the transportation cost of the enterprise and increase the transportation efficiency and efficiency of the enterprise.
