污泥干燥焚烧系统设计

摘 要

随着经济发展,人们生活水平提高,对水质要求也随之提高,而环境问题却日益严重。由此大量污水处理厂兴建起来。因此产生了大量的污泥,而这些污泥的处理是亟待解决的问题。针对城镇污水处理厂产生的污泥,本次设计着重设计了焚烧前的干燥系统,处理污泥焚烧产生尾气的脱硝系统和脱硫系统。在干燥系统中,采用卧式盘式干燥器间接干燥污泥,将80%含水率的污泥干燥至含水率35%,本设计中主要计算了干燥所需热量,并由热量与由污泥和介质(导热油)的初末温度算得对数平均温度和传热面积,从而进行干化机选型。在脱硝系统中,本设计将300mg/m3的氮氧化物降低至180mg/m3的,并着重设计了SNCR法的喷嘴,并计算了管路选择的空压机以及喷淋液的泵,并计算了烟气热量的损失。在脱硫系统中,本毕业设计计算了喷淋塔的主要尺寸以及选择了主要参数,并计算了包括循环池,沉淀池,石灰消化池等附属构筑物的尺寸,并计算了整体喷淋液管路的阻力损失,选择了适当的水泵型号,还进行了脱硫过程中的热量衡算。

The Design of Sludge incineration drying system

Abstract

With economic development, people's living standards are getting higher and higher, the water quality requirements also will improve, while environmental problems are getting worse. Whereby a large number of sewage treatment plants built up. Therefore generated a lot of sludge and sludge treatment is a serious problem. For urban sewage treatment plant sludge generated, this design focuses on the design of the incineration system before drying, sludge incineration exhaust gas denitration system and desulfurization system. In the drying system, a horizontal tray dryer indirect drying sludge, the sludge is dried to 80% moisture content to 35% moisture content, the design of the heat required for drying is mainly calculated by the amount of heat from the sludge and the beginning of the end of the medium (HTF) temperature considered the logarithmic mean temperature and heat transfer area, thereby performing drying machine selection. Denitration system, the design will reduce 300mg / m3 of nitrogen oxides to 180mg / m3, and the emphasis on the design of nozzles SNCR method, and calculate the air compressor and spray liquid pipeline pump selection and calculation flue gas heat loss. In the desulfurization system, the present graduation calculate the main dimensions of the spray tower and choose the main parameters and calculate cycle including tanks, sedimentation tanks, lime and other ancillary structures digester size and calculate the overall spray liquid pipeline the resistance loss selected the appropriate pump model, also carried out the desulfurization process heat balance.
