Abstract:Oil sludge is the main pollution of waste of oil-solid produced in oil extraction, transportation, refining and processing of oily waste water,its main ingredient is oil, water and inorganic solids, etc.Because of the oils contained in oil sludge, it has considerable recycling value.In China, the oil sludge’s production is far greater than that in foreign country.Combined with data,the oil sludge is defined,analyzed the current situation of source, hazardous and processing of oil sludge,analyzed oil sludge after sampling,introduced the test methods,and analyzed the data of samples,obtained the conclusion.After Analyzing disposal standards of different countries such as China,America and Canada,analyzed the difficulties of treatment of oil sludge.Also,described different treatments and equipment of oil sludge, extraction method, curing method, pyrolysis etc are commonly used.By comparing different treatments of oil sludge and their advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign .After the summary pyrolysis in rotary kiln is used in the treatment.The pyrolysis of oil sludge and processes and equipment are introduced, and effectively recovered and reused its products after pyrolysis,so the oil sludge can reached harmless, clean, resource. Pyrolysis in rotary kiln is an efficient method for oil sludge treatment,and pyrolysis products can be handled.The system of treatment of oil sludge processing was designed and the calculated equipment of the treatment.
