某市政污水处理工程工艺设计

摘 要

八卦洲现有面积56.41km2,人口近4.0万人,目前尚无水处理设施。为了相应可持续发展理念,八卦洲需要新建一座污水处理厂。本设计将针对八卦洲现有面积和服务人口提出污水处理的设计方案。

在这项污水处理厂工程设计中,厂中将设置粗格栅池、提升泵房、细格栅、沉砂池、改良型A2/O生化池、二沉池、消毒池等。目的是将八卦洲的进水通过污水处理厂的净化,达到国家排放标准一级A标准。八卦洲污水处理厂出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准,同时为污水处理厂后期提标至准Ⅳ类水留有余地。

污水处理厂建设规划为日处理量1万吨,一期工程建设日处理量为五千吨。其中核心工艺是改良A2/O的生物处理阶段。为了净化水质,达到出水的一级A标准,在一定条件下创造生物反应池中厌氧、缺氧、好氧环境,在池中降解有机物的是沉积的活性污泥。一期建设1座,二期新增1座。土建及设备规模0.5万m3/d,变化系数1.0。其他构筑物按1.0万m3/d进行土建设计。

Abstract

The existing area of Baguao is 56.41km2, with a population of nearly 40,000. There is no water treatment facility at present. For the corresponding sustainable development concept, Baguazhou needs to build a new sewage treatment plant. This design will propose a sewage treatment design plan for the existing area and service population of Baguazhou.

In this sewage treatment plant engineering design, the factory will set up coarse grid pool, lift pump room, fine grid, grit chamber, improved A2/O biochemical pool, second settling pond, disinfection tank and so on. The purpose is to pass the water from Baguazhou through the purification of the sewage treatment plant to the national emission standard Class A standard. The quality of the effluent from the Baguazhou Sewage Treatment Plant complies with the Class I A Standard for Discharge Standards of Pollutants from Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants, and it also provides room for the subsequent treatment of the WWTP to standard Class IV water.

This treatment plant construction plans for the daily processing capacity of 10,000 tons, the first-phase project construction capacity of 5,000 tons per day. One of the core processes is the modified A2/O biological treatment stage. In order to purify the water quality and achieve the first-grade A standard of effluent, the anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic environments in the bioreactor are created under certain conditions. Degradation of organic matter in the pond is the deposition of activated sludge. One building will be built in the first phase and one will be added in the second phase. The scale of civil engineering and equipment is 0.5 million m3/d with a coefficient of variation of 1.0. Other structures are designed for civil engineering at 10,000 m3/d.
