长江经济带跨区域产业生态系统协同绩效评价

摘 要

随着改革开放的深入推进，长江经济带范围内的经济实力得到了突飞猛进的发展，在全国经济体系中的核心地位也日益凸显。而在这个过程中，经济发展与环境保护问题的矛盾也愈加激烈，本文从研究产业生态系统的角度出发，以科学严谨的态度，结合具体数据，分析了国家重点规划的长江经济带产业生态系统的综合发展。从经济增长到环境保护再到污染治理，对长江经济带跨区域间产业生态系统现状进行考察，以长江经济带区域间产业经济结构差异为划分重点，按照其地域类型为划分依据，在对产业生态系统定性研究的基础上对产业生态系统加以一定定量研究，并且在这个基础上探讨了产业生态系统的稳定性和可持续性对产业生态健康的影响，并且针对产业生态系统的特征提出了产业生态系统的健康性的量化指标体系，最后结合长江经济带区域内碳排放水平进行比较分析，得到长江经济带跨区域产业生态系统协同绩效评价，并最终提出未来应该围绕生产部门影响碳排放的主要因素进行碳减排政策的设计，通过转变经济增长模式，提高能源利用率和资本生产率，优化能源结构和产业结构来改良长江经济带的产业生态系统，降低碳排放。

Abstract: since the beginning of the 20th century, people's environmental consciousness began to awaken, ecological industry in the economic and social sustainable development on the road becomes critical. Industrial ecology system is according to the principles of ecological economics and economic law knowledge organization, based on the carrying capacity of ecosystems, with high economic process and harmonious ecological function network of eco economic system.

And in this process, the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection problems are becoming more and more intense, this paper from the perspective of industrial ecosystem of rigorous scientific attitude, combined with specific data, analyzes the state key planning economy of the Yangtse River with the comprehensive development of industrial ecosystem. From economic growth to environmental protection and pollution control, of economy of the Yangtse River with cross regional industrial ecosystem status were investigated, inter regional differences in economic structure in the Yangtze River Economic Zone Is the focus of the division, according to the geographic basis for the division, finally the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the area of carbon emission levels were analyzed and compared, economic belt along the Changjiang River Ecological System of regional industry collaboration performance evaluation, and finally puts forward the future should focus on the main influence factor of production sector carbon emissions carbon emission reduction policy The design of strategy, through the transformation of economic growth model, improve energy efficiency and capital productivity, optimize the energy structure and industrial structure to improve the industrial ecosystem of the Yangtze River economic belt, reduce carbon emissions.
