基于供应链的A公司库存管理研究

摘 要

由于科技进步,经济发展,世界经济全球化,市场竞争加剧,企业必须面对不得不降低库存等挑战。传统的库存管理已经无法满足企业对库存的需求,甚至会影响企业的发展。个体企业面对多变的市场容易措手不及,所以降低库存很难,而供应链库存管理的研究让企业看到了希望,库存也可以像其他东西一样整合、统一管理。

本文介绍了供应链库存管理的研究现状、具体特点、核心思想、3个应用模型(VMI,JMI,CPFR),并分析了三种模式的优缺点。调查研究了一家食品制造企业A公司,发现了其库存现状及其所在供应链库存现状的一些问题,分析了其中的原因,根据所学知识和查阅参考文献所获得的供应链库存管理研究情况,提出了使用CPFR(共同预测、计划与补给)库存管理方式对A公司进行了库存优化,对其库存管理流程进行了改造和指导,并以具体数据为实验对象,利用数学模型对改进前和改进后的成本进行了比较,验证了CPFR的有效性。并且,提出了相应的配套措施,对A公司进行了更深远的优化。

ABSTRACT

As a result of technological progress, economic development, global economic globalization, increased market competition, companies must face the challenge of having to reduce inventory. The traditional inventory management has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises on the stock, and even affect the development of enterprises. Individual enterprises in the face of changing the market is easy to unprepared, so reduce inventory is difficult, and supply chain inventory management research so that enterprises see hope, inventory can also be the same as other things integrated, unified management.

This paper introduces the research status, specific characteristics, core ideas, three application models (VMI, JMI, CPFR) of supply chain inventory management, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three models. The research and study of a food manufacturing company A company, found its inventory status and its supply chain inventory status of some of the problems, analysis of the reasons, Based on the knowledge and access to the supply chain inventory management research, the paper puts forward the inventory optimization of Company A by using CPFR (Common Forecast, Planning and Supply) Inventory Management, and has carried on the transformation to its inventory management process and guide, And the specific data as the experimental object, the use of mathematical models to improve the cost before and after the comparison were compared to verify the effectiveness of CPFR.

Moreover,I put forward the corresponding supporting measures, A company for a more far-reaching optimization.
