制造型企业供应链管理中信息系统应用研究

摘 要

随着经济全球化的发展,制造型企业面临着产品定位多样化、目标客户群体个性化、产品生命周期缩短、技术不断革新换代,生产模式由传统的大规模转变为企业间以差异化、精品与大众产品分类定制化的生产方式。供应链离不开信息系统的信息交流。供应链是多个企业的整合在一起的网络,典型制造型企业互相之间的信息交流、资金往来需要信息系统的相互协调,将交叉的信息整理清晰,把重复的信息归类统一。不同制造企业对产品的标准有着自己的信息系统和数据库,因此信息交换在制造企业与供应商之间需要更加公开的信息管理机制。在产品周期的各个阶段,随着市场对产品的反馈信息,制造企业适当调整生产要求和标准以及改进生产工艺也离不开信息系统在供应链中所起的信息交换作用。尽管有着VMI、CPFR、JIT等服务于企业供应链管理的几类典型的信息系统,然而随着供应链整合的深化以及企业新的应用需求,使得制造企业供应链信息系统在当今新经济形势下依然面临严峻的挑战。

论文以电子制造行业为典型,探讨在当前国内供应链的形势下,制造型企业如何在供应链管理中充分利用信息系统的信息共享优势转化为提高供应链绩效,建立信息系统中信息交流对制造型企业供应链的影响模型,通过信息交流的层次以及共享信息的深度对制造型企业供应链进行度量。通过查阅文献资料的方式,通过理论研究与实际情况相结合的方法,深刻总结制造型企业信息系统的功能需求以及其对当前经济环境的适应性。

研究表明制造型企业信息系统能够帮助制造企业与供应链上游供应商以及OEM企业建立良好的信息共享机制,对促进供应链成员之间的合作互信有着积极的影响。信息管理系统所提供的信息共享内容的深度以及广度为企业在供应链中的交流提供了正面的影响。另外,信息系统对产品周期的各个阶段也具备显著的调节作用。信息系统维护了供应链中企业之间的良好合作关系。

Study on information system application in supply chain management in manufacturing companies

Abstract

With the development of economic globalization, diversification of manufacturing companies facing product positioning, target customers personalized, shorter product life cycles, and increased quality requirements, technical innovation generation, change from traditional mass production mode for enterprises to differentiate production model. Supply chains are integrated with enterprise networks. Manufacturing enterprise information exchange, funding exchanges between each other requires coordination of information systems, make the chaos clearly, and unified repeat classified information. While manufacturing enterprise supply chain cannot without a complete product line and product information management system. Different manufacturer’s requirements for product standards has its own information systems and databases. Information exchange between manufacturers and suppliers need clear information management system. At all stages of product life cycle, as market feedback to product information, manufacturing enterprises to adjust production requirements and standards as well as improving production process cannot be separated from information systems in information exchange in the supply chain. manufacturing enterprise supply chain management information system is still facing severe challenges.

Based on the electronics manufacturing industry, explore current domestic supply chain context, manufacturing enterprises how to make full use of information system in supply chain management information sharing into improve supply-chain performance. Establishing information system of exchange of information on effects of manufacturing enterprise supply chain model, through the global supply chain Council (SCC) developed the supply-chain operations reference-model (SCOR), through the plan (Plan), procurement (Source), produce (Make), delivery (Deliver), return (Return) five processes, and the supply chain Division, the configuration and process elements three levels, by combining theoretical research with the actual methods, summing the manufacture enterprise information system functional requirements as well as its adaptability to the current economic environment.

Studies show that manufacturing enterprises information systems help enterprises establish a good information sharing mechanism with upstream suppliers and OEM enterprise. It has a positive impact on the promotion of supply chain. The depth and breadth of information sharing which information management system provides can have a positive effect. In addition, information systems also have a significant effect at all stages of product life cycle. Information systems maintained good cooperative relations between supply chain enterprises.
